Phoenix Quill | Male | Location: The Streets of New York | Tags: Alena, Negasi
Somehow, this had been the best conversation Phoenix had taken part in so far, though that may be because he argued with the Guardians of the Galaxy when they spoke about things he disagreed with. And he hadn’t been able to get on this well with any of the humans he had spoken to, either. “Well... When I say I’m from space, I really mean that I’ve lived there for a while... Several years, maybe, before coming back to Earth. I prefer it out there, though, because there’s more freedom up there. It’s better than being stuck down here, at the very least” he was now staring up at the sky, just now noticing that it was quite clear, not many clouds were in the sky. It hadn’t reached mid-day yet, either, so there was still a lot of light left. When Alena started speaking again, he quickly looks back to her, realising that he didn’t hear the first part of what she had been saying. Something about The Avengers and their fights, maybe. “I never really heard much about the Avengers, if I have to be honest... Though from what I did hear, I don’t think my father is a big fan of them...” he thought about it a bit more, and then noticed that Alena was looking somewhere, so he turned his gaze in that direction, seeing another person he didn’t recognise, but who was probably important.
Daithi Maximoff | Male | Location: A Cafe | Tags: Christine
Upon hearing someone else enter the coffee shop, Daithi brought his gaze up to the counter, seeing someone there who didn’t appear to be human. Unlike everyone else that was looking, who had looks of confusion, maybe a hint of scaredness, Daithi was curious. He was curious about why she was on Earth. He was curious about how she looked. He was curious about what she knew of Earth already. One of the servers called the name he wrote on the note (not his real name, barely anyone knew his real name), and then he waves them over for his order, and so he could pay. Once the server had gone back to behind the counter, Daithi looked back over at the strange girl, only staying sat down because he didn’t want to approach someone if he didn’t know what they were like.
Aittor Lokison | Male | Location: The Library | Tags: James
Aittor stifles a yawn, pondering over going back home, and then he hears movement. Movement from someone, he didn’t know who, that had entered the Library and who was probably looking for some books. Moving each book he had been planning to read off the table, one by one, he used his illusion magic to store them somewhere with several other items and, once all the books were stored, he stood up and silently walked through the building, passing shelves and shelves of books, until he saw someone there, getting out a book. Aittor silently watched what was happening, pondering over what he should do next. While a simple introduction would be easiest, he didn’t want to do the easy way. There would surely be some way for him to make a grand entrance, while also not disrupting anyone else in the library... That was when it clicked, he could use an illusion to make everyone else in the library see nothing happening over here, also keeping anything that happened to one area, just in-case this person has unstable powers, or they try to start a fight for no reason.
