Okay being elbowed hurt a bit. But Anna didn’t mind. “I’m the next Hermoine in the group. And I’m a seeker on the team. Best make sure I don’t get beaten by a bludger!” She chuckled, nudging Redd back. “Gryffindor rules! Slytherin drools!”

Katelyn sighed, and her grin fell."Cool."She rolled her eyes at the girl. That was just plain rude in her eyes. She walked away from the girl, and sat down by some fellow hufflepuffs. She saw devan sitting down in slytherin table(oof someone open for him?) and saw someone so...handsome near him. His blonde hair, tan skin. She was mesmerized by the beauty of this dude.

He wasnt very hungry, he sat alone at his table with a soft sigh and picked at his food
Other kids around him talked with friends and he was left to just listening to their own conversations. Not the most polite thing to do, but it was all he could do.
He breathed in and glanced around for any way out of this mess, he picked his plate up and started down the aisle to head for the door, his head lowered as he tried to make it out without being seen
A kid from another table saw him and stuck their leg out, before tripping the Aussie to the ground. His plate hit the ground and scattered as he fell hard on his face and seethed. Other students saw this and laughed as he felt his cheeks burning and he tried to gather as much food as he could to escape out of there.

Once he did gather at least some food in his arms, he tucked it away in his shirt and moved to escape the great hall. There was no way he was going to stay in this room with so many eyes on him.
His breathing quickened and he sped up a little before looking up and around at his environment
It was then he held the end of his shirt in his mouth and used it to hold his food, freeing his hands up while climbing up a nearby spire. His secret little cove was up here, he dropped a few items on the way up but other than that he was tucked away from sight in the hole above the architecture
He was known throughout the school for his feats, and this he did not mind.
For now the man kept mainly to himself and ate what he had left in silence
Nothing but bits of food at the base of the fifteen foot piece of rock that separated him from the ground

He did manage to get to the great hall on time and moved himself to sit among the other professors. Though he wasnt a teacher, he was still held in high regard to his abilities and skills. He was basically head nurse there.
He smiled and waved at a few students he knew on the way up, and adjusted his tie while smiling.
"Didnt miss anhzing important, did I?" He chuckled over to another professor as he settled himself into his chair and decided on eating a bit.
He wasnt one to eat large three course meals like his significant other, who was very large and very handsome.
He grinned to himself just at the thought and tilted his head.
The eyes, the jawline, the gentle smile. Everything was perfect in this man.
He just wished he wasnt so.. large in size. Kris himself made so many meals for him and his Russian lover. The man ate a lot and even so, he wasnt overweight
All the reason to love him more
The doctor kept to himself for a while to enjoy his meal while it lasted

It was at that moment when the Hall fell silent as Professor McGonagall called to say. “Prefects! Please lead your houses years to their designated common rooms!” And everyone stood up, bustling around and heading for the door. Cordelia pushed her way through the crowd and stood by the door. “All Gryffindors please come with me!” She shouted as some Gryffindor kids lined up in front of her. When there were a lot of 1st years in front of her, she turned around and headed out, a bunch of kids trailing behind her nervously. “Watch out for the staircases! They like to change!” She said as the grand marble staircases shifted to the left. She lead everyone up to a grand portrait of a fat woman in a pink dress. “Password?” She asked. “Gillywater.” Cordelia replied. The portait swung open where she was left to climb through along with the lot of other children.

“Alright move out of my way you brats!” Penelope demanded. “Come along! Hurry up! We haven’t got all day!” She groaned as the Slytherin students lined up in front of her. She headed out of the hall with kids following close behind her, no one daring to speak up to this frightening girl. She lead them down into the dungeon next to the potions class room. She entered the Slytherin common room and hurried the kids in as well.

Now that the feast was over, Skylar stood up - along with the rest of his House - in order to go to the Hufflepuff Common Room. It was always interesting to see the First Years' wonderment, as they were lead through the corridors of Hogwarts. There was no doubt, he was sure, that at least a handful of them would get lost for the first few weeks, and even though he was not a Prefect, he would not hesitate to help out any of them. Since he already knew where his dormitory was, once he arrived at the Hufflepuff Common Room, Skylar just went directly to his dormitory, while the First Years got to have a brief tour of the Common Room.

As he ate, he briefly glanced up, as though he sensed someone was looking at him. He glanced around for a moment, then caught sight of a Hufflepuff girl looking at him. He raised an eyebrow slightly, somewhat amused, and also confused, then he went back to eating.
After the feast, Lee-Jae stood up and also joined the Slytherins to the walk to the Common Room. He rolled his eyes at Penelope's demands, wondering how she managed to be made a Prefect. Certainly not for her personality. He wondered if he should start a petition, to get Penelope's Prefect status revoked. Now that would be something he'd get onboard with. He deliberately trailed behind, and once he got to the Slytherin Common Room, he went to his dormitory, since he already knew where that was.

Anna followed Redd to the common room. She was really looking forward to this year. “I know you were just having fun with the girl. Even if her phone had broken I bet I could fix it with Repairo. I mean it wasn’t made by wizards but magic can be helpful to fix it I’m sure.” She said. “What class are you looking forward to the most?” She asked.

Katelyn walked into the commons, and quickly found her way to the bed she wanted. She flung her bag onto the pillow, and layed down comfortably. She was glad they decided to ditch the bunkbeds. To much hassle. She wanted to close her eyes and sleep away. She hated that girl she just talked too. Her personality was horrible, in her opinion. To much confidence.



Devan walked by a young man he caught Katelyn staring at, and tapped him on the shoulder."Hi, I'm Devan. What's your name?" he really wanted to make a friend and some small talk, so he decided this was agood way to start: makes friends with some boy katelyn liked. He would be a good wingman for her, if it worked out correctly.

As all the kids walked up to their dormitories, Cordelia stayed behind. She liked to sit by the fire and read alone (or with at least 1 or 2 people). She took out a book from her robe pocket and sat by the fire in a squashy armchair. The book she held in her lap was a copy of “Hogwarts A History: 9th Edition”. Suddenly the fire went out along with all the lights. Someone must’ve though everyone left. She sighed and pulled out her wand. “Lumos!” She said, igniting her wand tip with a bright blue light. She held it over her book and began to read.

Before she left, she caught eye of Lee-Jae. She stuck out her tongue at him and then walked up the stairs to her dorm. She slumped on her bed, watching other girls unpack their trunks. She decided to get a book from her trunk as well. Penelope fumbled with the lock on her trunk until she gave up. “Alohomora!” She groaned and the lock on her trunk fell off.

“Good to be back, no?” Redd asked Anna as they walked up the steps to the dormitory. She sat down on her bed and pulled her sweater over her head, leaving a white t-shirt.

He turned around, feeling someone tapping his shoulder, somewhat surprised. He smiled warmly, though he was a little surprised as well. He was about to reply, when he spotted Penelope sticking her tongue out at him. He scowled towards her, slightly annoyed, then Lee-Jae returned his focus towards the guy that had gotten his attention. "Name's Lee-Jae. Never just Lee, or things will not end well," he responded, then he smiled warmly again. "Just kidding. But seriously, don't call me 'Lee'. It's good to meet you, what's up?" He was quite curious - it was not often someone randomly approached him, and he'd seen Devan around a few times, though he'd never spoken to him properly.
