you seem to have woken up in an old house made of stone, and it's incredibly cold. you have no idea how you got here, but you find a note on the uncomfortable mattress underneath you. the note reads as follows:

"welcome to my lovely abode, traveler. i've noticed you've been rather lonely. so, i've brought you here. i hope you make some new friends. and if you're worried about home? don't worry, you'll get there soon enough. this land is filled with magical creatures from all sorts of fairy tales. some are nice, some not to much. it's up to you to find out how to live in this old town. and who knows, if you are worthy of it-- i may just let you go back home! safe travels, and don't die,

you aren't able to tell who wrote it, though it smells strongly of liquor. so, you decide to leave this stone-made house, and see just what this "friend" was talking about.

- the village - the village itself
is rather breathtaking, it looks like it's been
taken straight out of a fairy tale. the medieval
village is strangely in tact, and it's surrounded
by a wall of stone. perhaps to block out the
forest that looms beyond the stone walls?
- the graveyard - just outside the village
lays a graveyard. it seems this graveyard hasn't
been used in ages, all of the tombs are moldy. yet,
you can barely make out the words carved into the
stone. perhaps you'll find the carvings of names you
recognize?
- the church - not far from the graveyard
is the church. it's rather small, but cozy. the church
is peaceful, though it always feels like something
is watching you. perhaps it's a feeling from the
graveyard, or could be be something much more
dangerous?
- the paddocks - the paddocks aren't
far from the village, in fact, they open up to the
village. in these paddocks are all sorts of animals.
from regular farm animals, to colorful pegasi, to
even yale. but beyond the paddocks is the forest.
the animals seem to stay far away from there,
what could that forest possibly hold?
- the forest - probably the place
with the darkest aura, the forest is filled with
horrible creatures on the hunt for blood. but there
are certain things you need in from the forest:
certain berries, firewood, and healing herbs.
you'll definitely need to bring someone along
with you into this neck of the woods.
