Enid BlackBurn

Enid started breathing better." I'm Enid. Wheres....Wheres Everyone?" SHe couldn't think of her friends and family, especially Arizona. Arizona was her sister.. They were together when they were hit by the zombie apocolypse. She was now worried Arizona got killed, and was getting ready to cry.

Arizona Peyton List

Arizona woke up an hour ago, and still was so confused. She heard a walker, grabbed a stick, and jabbed the sharp end at it. She continued to walk in the forest, looking for a small river or stream. Her house was filled with the walkers, so she decided not to get some there. She refused to kill anyone she loved/ knew, so she decided not to go somewhere, and maybe find another house. She couldn't bear to figure if Enid died or not. She heard the sound of the water, and smiled. Maybe she can survive this on her own.

Mia Jones | Female | 23 | Mentions: Kieran

”I guess you’re right. Being alone for so long does strange things to your mind. So, before I try to attack you again, I believe some fresh air is in order.” She lifted her contact bow firmly into her arms, and made way for the doorway. She made her way to the front of the store, pausing for a moment to grab a discarded pack of gum that sat on the counter. A thin layer of dust had already formed upon the surface. ”Well, no use in letting it go to waste. You want one? They’re bubblegum flavour.” She smiled as she offered one to Ellis. He seemed nice enough. The sort of person she could imagine being friends with in the other world. “So, where’s this camp of yours?” She asked idly as she left the store.

Sam shrugged at the question. "I don't really have a destination in mind. My group is long by now, no use in tracking them. Maybe I'll run into them, but that'll be pure luck. Right now I'm just kind of walking around. Gathering as much supplies as I can carry and putting down as many Walkers as I can." With his group gone Sam wasn't too sure what to do. Wondering around with Dogger by his side was the only thing that came to mind. Sam had no one, and no real purpose, his sole responsibility is to keep himself and Dogger alive. Besides that he had no goal. "What about you? Got somewhere ya need to be?"

Bre's sobs slowly quieted as the soft pitter patter of paws thumping on the ground made it's way to her room. Wolfe's hushed bark quieted Bre all at once. Sitting up and turning to face the very wolfish dog that was scooting its way towards her. Sniffling and rubbing away any tears left in her eyes Breanna walked over to the dog. "Hi puppy." She cooed. Once the seven year old got close enough she stuck a hand out and gentle rested it on Wolfe's head. Ever so carefully she began to pet the dog, hiccupping every now and again as she began to calm down from her tantrum. Breanna could hear the hushed voices of people down stairs, but she didn't pay them any mind as she pet the dog.

Ethan Turner | Male | 32 | Mentions: Samual

Ethan shook his head.”Not really. Suppose I’m just looking out for somewhere...relatively safe. I it’s just been me and Aura since this mess started, so I guess I’m keeping an eye out for a group. I’ve heard there’s strength in numbers, and I’ll be honest, surviving solo isn’t really working out.” Although Ethan had made it months out here alone, only recently had he began to venture out onto the streets. A hefty supply of food had been abandoned at an apartment he’d found, so there hadn’t been much need for him to scavenge. But that had run out a few days ago. And now, Ethan had decided to move on. ”I was thinkin’ of travelling up north. Maybe a few settlements are still standing. I’d say Aura and I are searching for a more...permanent solution.”

"Hate to burst your bubble, but I don't think anywhere is safe." Sam admitted, rubbing the back of his neck with a frown. As much as Samuel wanted to believe that a safe haven was waiting with open arms for them, it just wasn't practical. Within weeks the world was in a panic, and in one month everything was turned upside down. No government to help the people, all signs of the CDC finding a cure went to crap when everyone abandoned ship. Right now this world was kill or be eaten by rotting corpses. Although, Ethan seemed onto something about finding a permanent solution. If a group of people could hold down one area and slowly build their numbers, in theory the group could repopulate and slowly kill off the zombies. That would be the only way for humanity as a species could survive, by repopulation. Yet, no matter how simple that theory sounded it is a lot more difficult to achieve that goal in real life. "Doesn't mean we can make some place safe. I may not be a surgeon, but I do know how to secure a piece of land and keep it secured." While Sam has only been chatting with Ethan for a few minutes, having this simple conversation made Sam realize how much he missed human contact. The Marine was not ready to say goodbye to that just yet. "Would you mind if Dogger and I tagged along? Like you said, safety in numbers."

Of courses no place in this world could guarantee complete safety. But there had to be a better place than the streets, right? Handley was talking sense. The entire world had been overrun. Practically a handful of survivors were left alive since the disease had swept through. But his new friend did have some ideas. Perhaps securing a piece of land would lead to better things in the long run. ”You’ve got a point there, Handley. Claiming land for ourselves doesn’t seem like a bad idea. There’s no reason why it can’t develop into something more. But...there’s only two of us. We’re better off with looting buildings rather than defending expanses of land.” His eyes ran along the horizon, searching for any sign of the undead. Unusually, the streets were clear for now. Apart from a few stragglers far in the distance, there was no cause for concern. Ethan turned to Handley once more, this time contemplating his offer. There was a simple answer to this. ”Of course. Being alone for so long has driven me crazy. I’d enjoy the company. Who knows. If we find more people, maybe we can make this pipe dream happen.” There was little faith in his words, but who knew? In a world like this, anything seemed possible.

Relief swept through him once Ethan agreed to pairing up. Samuel loved Dogger, but having another person around made things a lot easier. "You're right, we'd probably need a bigger group for that." Grabbing his backpack Sam slung it over his shoulder and clicked for Dogger to come back to him. Grabbing the leash Sam situated himself. Making sure his pack was snug against his back, pistol was on his gunbelt, and his rifle was slung over his right shoulder Sam was good to go. "We should probably start moving. Don't want to stay out in the open like this for too long, and I want to try and find a safe spot to camp out in for tonight. You said you wanted to head North, right?" Looking at the road ahead of them it was pretty clear. The occasional car was left abandoned and a few walkers were meandering about. None so far have noticed the duo and seem to be walking around aimlessly. Taking out a knife, Sam held it comfortably in his right hand before turning to Ethan. "Keep that bat ready to swing. Let's try and use quieter weapons and guns as emergencies only." Unclipping Doggers leash Sam ordered his dog do 'heel' and began to trek forwards. Dogger walked on Sam's left side, ears pointed upwards and alert as he watched for any danger.

𝔈mhrys wrinkled her nose slightly, biting back a giggle at his words. such a guy thing. fixing cars. the woman thought, amusement flickering to life in her crystalline blue eyes. as he slumped against the armrest of the chair, the huntress proceeded to shut her mouth, as he seemed exhausted enough without her attempting to get to know him. feeling a slight wave of anxiety, the lithe young woman stood up, beginning to pace quietly about the house. wolfe, on the other hand, let out quiet yips of excitement as the girl calmed down gradually, one snot-coated hand in his fur. in any other case, he would be disgruntled. now, he had bigger things to worry about. pushing his large snout against her abdomen lightly, the canine wagged his tail and pranced toward the door, glancing at her from over his shoulder expectantly.

Kieran Upchurch
Kieran smiled and chuckled a bit, he looked down to the ground. "my dad used ta do it we had our own shop and everything, my sister and brother also fixed em alongside me." Kieran looked back up to Emhrys as he heard the girl stop crying. He smiled brightly and looked toward the hallway as he heard Wolfes little yips of triumph.

Ellis Ryan Upchurch
Ellis turned around stepping over Denver who looked up at him. Denver defintely wasnt a protective dog but he always stayed next to Ellis, he was a hunting dog not an attack dog. He was friendly with all people and Ellis feared that Denvers friendliness will get him killed one day. "no thanks, I'm 'lright." Ellis walked past her and walked outside holding open the door for her and her dog.

River Upchurch
River crouched down and foldes her hands together putting then on her feet as he kept herself up. "how long have ya been away from yer group?" she wasnt sad for the girl, but she didnt know how to find the girls group, maybe she lost them near by and they would show up in town.

Huffing in a breathe of air, the seven year old slowly breathed out as she calmed down. Her eyes were still a bit red from crying, and her dirty face had tear streaks. Using the back of her hand to wipe away any remaining snot Bre quickly dashed back to the bed and snatched her stuffed animal. Clutching the toy tightly in one hand, she used her other to hold onto Wolfe's fur. Breanna walked with Wolfe all the way towards the living room. The moment she saw Kieran and Emhry's the girl gripped Wolfe's fur tighter and tried to hide behind him. Mom and dad had always told Breanna not to talk too strangers, and now two strangers were in her home. The girl seemed nice enough, she was really pretty too. It was the man that greeted her at the door that scared Breanna. His bandana covered his face, she didn't like that. Taking a closer look the child saw that Kieran had removed his bandana, and was now causally resting on the chair.
