Kat dropped to the ground cross legged, still reading the book. "I've heard of it, but never had the chance to read it." She looked up after turning a page. "Looks like I could always come to you if I need something to read, what else do you have? I don't think you could only have Sci-Fi, especially since you had to get this cover somewhere."
Silas smiled as he watched her getting back her memories, only knowing that it was working because it had been the same with him. He hadn't wanted to remember how the Council had killed his father after he had told both Shadow and him everything he knew about the Council. He had done something he wasn't supposed to have, and wanted somebody outside of the Council to know the truth. When she spoke the last three words, he snapped out of his memories, his normally emotionless face was a bright red."Y-you...." He shook his head, mad at himself for acting like a lovestruck ideot. "Nobody's ever said that to me..."
