`` you awaken, most likely half submerged in water. around you is the sound of buzzing insects and birds calling, yet theres a sense of danger in the air. water runs through every crack and corner of this lush land, leaves are soaked and rocks are coverd in moss. yet everything visually appears safe and alive dispite the rivers and ponds. there's some man-made creations, bridges and shacks lay around, usually around bad currents, but they look old and untouched. finding dry land is tough, especially since once you get to the outskirts of this forest, you find that this entire area is surrounded by an never ending ocean of water, luckily theres life and fish underwater. but beware, this flood is not what is worrysome. this swamp is the mark of an arena, monsters, and creatures, from whatever world you bare from have come with you. when you were brought here, contestants were scooped up with you. rather they be regular animals or mutated monsters, they've been sprinkled throughout this land. and sadly, they are most likely attracted to you, since you both share the same dimentional spark of sorts. so stay sharp. ... you know, there is still hope. a light, a beacon, can be seen in the sky from any point. it emited from a dark caved that will lead you into the abyss, that's where this competition of staying alive shall truely begin. goodluck, you'll need it.

the automaton's eyes shot open, her body quivering with awful grinding sounds. aigis's pale face winced and her limbs twitched, quick flashes of tiny sparks flew for merely a second or two. pulling herself up with ease, the robot's pupisl focused, with a soft whirr, peering at her odd surroundings. all she hear was the brushing of tree leaves and the distant sound of chirping. aigis was on a large flat rock, safe from the water, the tall tree's parted above her allowing sunlight to beat down on her metal body. her shell felt heated and dry, while the splashing of cool water trickled around the sides of the stone she sat on. is this a dream? i've heard others speak of so called 'dreams'. getting her scanners running, aigis could determine a few things, this place was uneasy, but shadows were not near by, she could see heat readings coming off of a body not far from her (other then all of the forest animals of course), and she had taken low damage apon waking up. now standing, she put one leg into the shallow fast paced stream, feeling it cool down her system already although when steadying herself to place her other leg in the water, the robot felt herself slide. sticky algae and moss coverd the smooth stones, and without feet, this could become quite troublesome. atleast there is absolutely no detection of the dark hour. but i musn't let down my gaurd

peering around wide-eyed with a expressionless face, the girl let a sigh escape herself. this place was honestly charming, the sounds of rivers was all around her, lot's of cicadas and dragonflies seemed to buzz calmly. lowering her view to the water, aigis shook her head. something was very wrong here, ignoring the fact that she had no idea how she has gotten here, it seems like there is a fearful darkness surrounding her, but it was just one of those feelings. a deep detection that sometimes would shake her warnfully. standing up straight, her peircing blue eyes looked through the tree's, and aigis stepped out of the stream onto the damp, soaked grass, ready to try and figure things out.

laying on his back, half of morgana was submerged in cool, sparkling water. his mouth was open has he felt himself start to awaken, his body was being pulled down a slower stream, but his massive head had gotten stuck between two small but tall rocks. the creature's saber dug into the earth under water. slowly peeling his eyelids open, morgana made a few unintelligible groans seemingly exhausted and sleepy. that is, untill his fur realised it was soaking wet and he noticed he's floating. alarm spiking his pelt, the cat-like boy pulled himself up, falling deeper into the cold water with soft, useless, splashes of confusion. pulling himself to the shore, only three steps away, crawling out of the chilling stream, morgana firmly shook himself out. the younger sounding creature's fur was stuck together and rough, while he manually squeezed water from his yellow bandana. the toolbelt he wore was a lost cause and he'd decided to just allow it to dry with time.

taking a deep breathe morgana looked around and realised he had no knowledge of this place. it must be the real world, for some reason he didn't have much information on it, (even though he's totally a human) which means it was a place he'd never been to. but why was he here? maybe he got lost? or he was carried here- no, kidnapped? morgana didn't need to test out zorro to confirm that his persona power was surging through him, which reminded him that he was in this form. gazing down at his outstretched paws with wide eyes, morgana noticed from the corner of his eye, that the water was sparkling, reflecting the light glaringly. submerging his long paws, and pulling them back out, revealed his trutsy saber, a long curved blade with a yellow handle fit for himself. well then, this cant be the real world. before trying to come up with new plans and questions, the creature thought he heard a sound come from the farther parts of the forest. confusion spiking his pelt, morgana raised his sword without hesitation, echoes of ideas sparking his mind cautiously.

It was a sudden and rude awakening to say the least. Struggling to spit up the water that had managed to enter his mouth in his sleep, Mikhail abruptly sat up in a coughing fit. Why was he even in water to begin with? He last remembered being on Torna's ship where he had been working with some of the old technology. He could only assume that he had fallen asleep in the lab again, but that didn't answer how he would end up in a place like this. Had they crashed somewhere in Alrest? Looking around he doubted it. This looked like nothing he had seen back home and he had lived long enough to know what most parts of Alrest looked like. Nevertheless, it was a strange occurrence and one that he did not appreciate in the slightest. What other possibilities were there in this situation? He couldn't be under the Cloud Sea. He would be entirely submerged in water if that had been the case or submerged in whatever the Cloud Sea was made of.

Letting a soft grunt escape his throat, the blade eater pushed himself to his feet barely phased by his soaking wet clothing. Sure it was uncomfortable, but it wasn't something to get worked up over. Looking around once more he could tell he had been laying in the shallow section of what appeared to be a pond. Could it be that Uraya had changed since the last time he had been there? It was the only place that this reminded him of. There was no possible way it could have changed this much so quickly. The trees looked nothing like those that spotted Uraya's landscape and the lack of monsters made it clear that this wasn't the same place leaving him at square one once more. The possibility of this part of his homeland was low but how would he have ended up in another world? Never had he heard of such a thing. Maybe it was time to start accepting such though.

Crossing his arms over his chest, Mikhail let a sigh escape his lips. Of all times too. They were so close to taking to the World Tree and reaching Elysium so Jin and Malos could kill the Architect. The end had been so close and he had wanted to witness it, though that brat and his friends were persistent on saving it all. That was one thing he wouldn't miss about home. Rex was such a dreadful being to think of anyways. His optimism and high spirit irked Mikhail to his core yet he understood the kid's drive and saw reason in it. Shaking the thought off, he knew he needed to focus on what he was faced with now not with what he had previously been dealing with. Allowing his eyes to scan the area once more, he tried to find the best path to take. It was hard given how flooded this place was. He'd have to keep that in mind.

Taking his first steps forward, Mikhail didn't bother to try and be quiet. With each step his took, the water around him splashed and rippled. It was a desperate attempt to find another living soul and a risky one at that.

Izuku "Deku" Midoriya

Sleeping peacefully on a moss covered rock, Izuku mumbled softly in his sleep as he shifted his position causing his hand to dip into the water that surrounded him. Cracking his eyes open, he stared at his hand for a moment not noticing that it was partly submerged in water nor that he was current wearing the gloves that went with his hero costume. He was still in a daze that it took him a moment. As it began to hit him, his expression seemingly changed and his eyes widened. Retracting his hand, he flicked the water from it and sat up in a frenzy. His movements almost caused him to move backwards and fall entirely into the stream, but the boy caught himself. Taking a moment to calm himself, he tried to collect his thoughts. It was obvious that he was no longer at home or even at UA. This forest was nothing like the city he was used to. Was it possible that he was in some training facility? If that had been the case then he was sure he would have had been warned or at least have some memory of such. Even if this was a surprise exam he knew they would have been told what it was right before being put in to it. Not to mention that he would have been awake before entering rather than sleeping yet the fact he was in his hero costume made him believe it was possible.

Taking a moment to think, the young hero in training dipped his feet into the water. It wasn't ideal but he needed to get around and there wasn't much for him to jump to a from. In his current state of shock he wasn't even sure he could focus All for One evenly to begin with. It was best to avoid getting himself injured right from the start. Feeling the water seep into his shoes, a frown crossed his lips though he quickly forced it to fade as he pushed himself forward. He needed to keep his spirits up. That's what All Might always told him. He had to be the kind of hero that could smile even in the worst of times. Now was the perfect time to work on that. Sloshing through the knee deep stream, Izuku made his way toward the water's edge. The ground was no better though. It was drenched and squished under his weight. Was this entire place flooded? He could only assume so.

Looking around once more, he took in the sounds around him in the process. He would have expected it to be quiet, but the forest was quite alive. Sounds of birds, bugs and of course flowing water were the first sounds he picked up on, but there was another sound that was unfamiliar to his ears. In a way it almost sounded like a machine of sorts. The thought that this was an exam came to his mind again. Maybe the robots from the entrance exam were in this place. That would explain the sound. Pushing himself forward, Deku followed the sound until the sight of Aigis came into his view. Slowing down, he furrowed his brows in confusion. This certain didn't look like the robots from the entrance exam. This was something entirely different. Coming to a complete stop, Izuku forced a faint smile to cross his lips as he prepared to speak, "Hey! Excuse me!" As the words escaped his lips, he gave a small wave of his hand in attempt to get her attention. It may be a stupid move, but he wouldn't know if she was dangerous or not until he got her attention, right?

The first thing that really put Prime off was the fact that he was extremely cold. Whether it was that that dragged him back to consciousness, or a heavy paw prodding his head, he wasn't sure. The second thing that really made his heart skip a beat was that he tried to take a breath only to be met by a mouthful of freezing cold liquid. He jerked his head up in surprise, spluttering and coughing in the least graceful manner possible for someone in the same situation as him. The first thing he saw was Pauline, in her wolf form, balancing over top of him on a massive rock. She looked relieved that he was choking on water, not the reaction he would've liked. Blinking water from his eyes, he suppressed another cough with one hand over his mouth. He shot her a glare. Before he could blame the girl for dumping water on his head again while he was sleeping, he realized he was sitting at the edge of a still pond, not on the front porch where he'd last been. It wasn't deep by any means. His first guess was it would've only gone down a meter at the middle. It was shadowed by trees overhead, and reeds and thick ferns were clumped around the edge. The canine at head level leapt down onto what looked to be a rotting footbridge, carefully constructed of planks of light colored wood. "Uh, you okay?" She leant down, concerned. He lifted his arms out of the waist deep water he was sitting in, letting it pour off his soaked jacket sleeves. He wouldn't have put it past her to have dragged him into the middle of a forest and thrown him into a pond, but her worried expression seemed to say she wasn't the culprit. Either she was genuinely concerned for his moment of panic in the water, or she was doing a very good job of acting. "Where the heck are we? Is this your fault?"
She shook her head quickly in reply.

Fernando's head hurt.
The knight's eyes opened slowly, the bright light above him blinding him. He sat up, grabbing his temples with the thumb and middle finger of one hand. Where was he?
He took in the environment around him slowly: Somewhere in a forest, that was true, and a marshy one at that. The trees were nowhere near as thick as the ones of the marshes in Crosswind Hold, yet still, he might be close enough to Brightmarsh, or atleast Jaguar Falls.
He stood up slowly, trying to remember what he had done last night. Had he been drinking? He didn't think so, but there wasn't really any other explanation to how a knight ends up in the middle of a swamp one morning. That is, unless some creature was running around kidnapping knights, but then... where was the creature. No, no, he had probably been drinking, even though he couldn't smell it on his own breath. Whatever, he was here now. Maybe someone had brought him here in search of a hero? He brushes the mud off of his upper armour and set out slowly.

Kinessa flipped her rifle in her hands another time. The woman was high in a tree, resting on a branch with one knee huddled close to her chest. She looked through her rifle again, disappointed that it was still not working. She sighed and placed it in its hutch on her back, before looking over the forest landscape beneath her. She hadn't a clue where she was or why she was here, but something was wrong with this place, she could already tell.

She wasn't sure what to make of this place, but she hadn't been awake more than twenty minutes and already she was desperate to find an escape to this madness, find her way back to Crosswind Hold.

hardly moving from the spot she awakened from, aigis swiftly spun her metal body to meet a young boy. before scannig him, she took a look at his appearance. the kid looked like just like that, a random kid, but the readings that wavered from him made aigis's expression change. taking a stance that would assist her in needing to fight or run, the robot's legs sunk into the squishy dirt. blinking softly, her hands spun around a few times with a loud buzzing sound, loading bullets. i shouldn't assume he's the enemy, but one wrong move and i could be destroyed right here and now. calming herself in a more, un calming, fashion, the mechanical maiden lifted a hand, and forced a soft, but warming smile. "hello! have you woken up here too? or maybe you live here?" trying to not ask him a million questions, while keeping a friendly tone, no thread of worry or fear in her voice, the robot paused. although she was smiling her pupils were quite small and focused, and her brow was furrowed. "my name is aigis, what's yours?" maybe i shouldn't have shared my name. echoed a smaller voice in her mind. standing tall, the automaton stepped from the spot she'd sunk far into, and began to sink in a more dry patch of grass. this place will defiently be a pain. she repeated to herself, the water didn't bother her as much as the wet mud did. looking back at the boy, she analyzed him for a few different things, but no answers came to her. aigis truly didn't know him or his abilities. honestly he reminded her of a certain... foe? friend? and that was the scariest thing she knew about him.

carefully stepping around deep patches of cold water, every once in a while morgana would groan from sinking into the dirt, or water splashing him. luckily he was careful enough to avoid this as much as he could, being a master thief and all. the little creature made his way to what sounded like two bickering voices, he wasn't really paying attention at first to his surprise, but now he was trying to listen in on whatever this was. the gold and silver saber dragged behind him, not really making much sound, yet it cut lightly through the grass and moss as it followed his lead. morgana honestly had no idea on what to expect, this could be shadows, regular people, maybe his comrades? it be a lot easier if it was just me. staying alert and carefull, two shapes formed at a bank, and morgana leaped behind a mossy stone, just covering his bobbily head. a human and... a dog? in all honestly morgana had hardly ever interacted with animals, maybe not at all. basically living in jokers bag kept him from exploring too much, the only time he'd seen birds and rabbits was when he was looking for them, and when he was sent out on missions to send calling cards to momentos cases. but never anything that big. sighing he decided to make his move, there was no way they could defeat him, he could probably out run them if he tried hard enough. calmly moving out from behind the jagged stone, morgana raised the weapon up and pointed it towards their direction. "both of you! explain yourselves and your situation!" a flash of panic shot through his body, for a moment morgana totally thought was going to trip and fall, luckily he was able to stay on his feet, even if he staggered for a second or two.

Prime pushed himself to his feet. He was soaked from head to toe, his tshirt and jeans clinging to his skin. Luckily most of the water had run off the chest of his council issued jacket when he'd sat up, but it seemed the sleeves weren't as water resistant as the rest of the jacket, as they were a darker, waterlogged color compared to the rest of the garment. Through the water streaming down his face, he could clearly see Pauline's amused expression. Unimpressed, he moved towards the footbridge. When he threw his arms over the side and attempted to pull himself up, the wolf's attention moved to a grouping of jagged stones not far away from them. He shot her a frustrated look. "Would you give me a bit of a hand here, please?"
"I heard something." She'd barely finished her sentence before someone, or something, popped out from behind one of the boulders. It wasn't very big. It looked like some kind of blue, cat-like creature, with a comedically out of proportion head and a saber, almost as big as its body. Pauline snorted loudly, as if she'd been expecting something more threatening than a cat.
"Oh- Hello. Uh, we're not meaning any harm." The elemental looked surprised, both by its appearance and that it could speak. "I'm not sure what's going on, all I know is I woke up here. Less than a few minutes ago."
"Nice sword." Pauline gave a sneer.

Dropping his hand as her stance seemingly changed, Izuku prepared himself for the worst especially as the buzzing sound coming from her fill his ears. Could she be planning to attack him? A worried look quickly crossed his face though he tried to put himself at ease. He didn't want her attacking unprovoked. "I just woke up here. I'm guessing you did too?" he responded, trying his best to keep his voice from wavering. Oddly, he felt frightened by this girl or whatever she might be. The sounds her body made certainly made him think she was not a human in the slightest but rather a robot of sorts but compared to the ones he had encountered she had a human-ish look to her. He was curious about what exactly she was, but he kept himself from firing off any questions. They probably weren't appropriate for the situation anyways. After a moment, he figured he should wipe the look of concern from his face and a smile crossed his face once. "I'm Izuku Midoriya. You can call me either or Deku if that's easier for you to remember." Very few called him Deku yet; only Bakugou and Uraraka called him such even though it was his chosen hero name. He might as well try and get used to using it. Maybe it would catch on eventually. That didn't matter now. All that mattered was trying to make an ally in this place.
