He scarfed down the rest of his meal and looked to Cas, "Let me run to my room to grab my rapier and I will meet you there." He then stood and took his plate to the kitchen to clean it off. After that he rushed down the hall to his room.

Iraq was a pain, and from what I've seen war zones tends to be a gathering place for demons. So when ever I spotted one I'd locate the nearest institute and leave a note." She shrugged, "There were a few times that I directly had to deal with a Vampire, or a demon directly. I was high enough in the ranking to get people to stop looking into things." Isla finished her breakfast and put away her plate, before heading to the training room. She ignored the others at first, preferring to start on her own then join later. By now, she would have put in at least three hours. Isla began with some stretches, after this she would start with her blade.

Donovan couldn't make eye contact with Alaric as he stood to put his plate in the sink . Alaric was very handsome , but very forward . His face was still red but Donnie began to clean and put away dishes . He noticed that Isla already left without a word . She was always so quiet that he hardly noticed that she'd gone . He hoped she didn't feel unwelcome , He was being serious when he said anyone could join them . With a shrug He turned back to the others . Waiting for them to be ready to head to the training room .

Jonathan had opened the door right as Cas was knocking. So Cas's knuckles just tapped against Jonathan's forehead leaving him standing there stunned and confused. Blinking twice his eyes focused on Cas. "Um, hi. I said I would meet you in the training room; though you being here might be for the best. Now that I think about it I don't know where the training room is." he shook his head then mumbled under his breath, "Why must they make all Institutes so labyrinth like?" Looking back up, he gave a smile to Cas. "Shall we go?"
