"Wait. Could I join? Unless if the competition is too much!", Zyka said with mock worry, cocking her head, and grinning. But underneath the friendly smile a challenge lay, You can't steal Ryu. I wont let you. Zyka smiled again, not telling the others of her power of speed.

Sabrina bared her teeth, her emerald eyes flashing. She looked to Ryu her face clearly saying she would like to keep the challenge between the two of them, "I challenged Ryu for a reason" she said in a smooth alto voice. She turned her eyes back to Ryu, letting him make the final decision, but letting him know she did not want her to join clearly in the piercness of her eyes, "I challenged you" she repeated

"How rude.Oh-nononono, I get it, you're scared....", Zyka sniffed, turning her head to Ryu in mock despair," Could I go with Sabrina once?" She asked him, trying not to stare.

Ryu blinked and looked over his shoulder when Zyka came along. "I'm just trying to help Sabrina warm up, Zyka." His eyes were fairly dark from the sunlight and his black wings glimmered as his feathers showed a different color in the sun's raze. "I'll race you one on one after Sabrina, sound good?" He asked and eyes Sabrina when she bared her fangs. What in the hell is the matter with both of them? Zyka had a strange grin about her and Sabrina was more on the defensive side when she appeared. Ryu found this nothing of a big deal and he would get to the bottom of it later.

"Sure, thanks! At least someone around here actually HEARD me..." Zyka noted smiling kindly, watching his pretty wings dance in the sunlight.

Sabrina growled deep in her chest and narrowed her eyes. "Go!" She suddenly cried, blasting off and letting her frustration drive her into a forcefull speed. She was sure Ryu would be right on her til wind and waisted no time with her powerstrokes. She snarled every now and then, still aggravated at Zyka. Ryu had been the only boy she had ever given a second glnce besides Francois, and she would not go down without a fight

Ryu tilted his head a bit and he quickly reacted when sabrina shouted. He flicked his wings quickly behind him for a good start towards the east. Sabrina got ahead of him and he quickly got behind her to gain her drift and his wings didn't have to work so hard to keep up with her spped. After a long while he quickly pulled away and used Sabirna's drift as a slingshot to gain a little distance ahead of her. A small smirk came across his lips and continued onward. The rush of the wind comforted him and he no longer felt as tense as before. He had some time to think before giving his wings a good thrust to gain more speed.

Sabrna grinned and manuvered her feathers so suddenly her wind was working agianst Ryu. She gave a powerful stroke, leaving him behind her a little, then continued on, smiling as her wings felt mighty in the wind. She felt she could master even the toughest of a storms, though she was never so foolish as to try.

((Preference? Hmm >_> someone that knows how to put him in his place, makes him flustered when she proves him wrong.. X3 I would speed things up but I like to see what happens XD Drama is such a fun thing to play with!))

Ryu blinked a bit when he heard the familar wing beats of Sabrina until she was ahead of him. He veered away slightly from the avian and quickly made his way above her he he pressed his wings downward once more for more speed. The fastest he had ever gone was when he was free falling from the sky a few times. You would going faster heading downward but wasn't going to test out that theory just yet. "Later," He commented before using what he had left to push more distance between him and Sabrina.

Sabrina suddenly gave a down stroke, rising just below Ryu, she grinned up at him then swung down to her previous ltitude, gaining ahead of him a bit, her wings pumped and her feathers shifted, preparing to turn as the end of the forest came near
