Personality: Terris is fun-loving and adventurous. He doesn't usually take things seriously and is one of those people who are seemingly immune to insults. He's always looking for something exciting to do, and is a fairly good thief.
History: Terris met his Ride when he was thirteen. He had been sitting on a bench in the park. It was winter and snow had just started to fall, when the strangest animal appeared. It was a giant black bird with little wings and long legs. Its eyes were scary and it looked angry. The first words it spoke to Terris were, "What do you think you are doing, sitting on a bench in the snow?" As if it were an angry parent or something. That of course, made Terris smile. At that time, he hadn't smiled a lot. His sister had recently died from some kind of sickness that had a long name he could never remember, and his mother had also taken ill. His father spent all his time either at work or caring for Terris's mother. So Terris always wandered out to the park. Never had he seen this bird, though. So he replied, "I'm freezing, of course. What are you?" The bird said, "I am an emu and I am your Ride. Now get up and come with me." The bird's tone was not to be reckoned with. Despite managing to amuse Terris, it didn't seem to be in any better of a mood.
Terris eventually got on the bird's back and wrapped his arms around its neck. The feathers were soft, but the bird still seemed grumpy as it treked through the snow. He got the hint that it wasn't used to cold weather.
On their travels, the bird- who never said its name, so Terris decided to call it 'Faech- told him all about Riders and Rides, and the Rouges. It all fascinated Terris, and of course he loved the thought. So many adventures opened!

Family: As far as he knows, his dad- Kurt- is still alive. He doesn't know if his mother lived or died, but her name was Sarah. His sister, who died, was Jaysa.
Pictures: Yes he dyed his hair those colors. Yes he kind of regrets it..

Other: He really likes gum and unusual animals. He only rides Faech in emergencies because A. it looks weird and B. because Faech doesn't like carrying him unless he has to.

Juliet is a loyal, hard-working girl who will do anything for her friends. She is very supportive of those she loves. She's a good listener, with a kind heart and gentle touch. She often brings out the best in people. Most of the time she is quiet, but she can also be daring for what she believes in. She has never had much money, but her family made do with what they had. Juliet is optimistic a the majority of the time but occasionally can fall into a deep depression almost nothing can bring her out of.
History:
Juliet grew up in a small, poor home, with only the clothes on her back. She never complained about her family's lack of money but learned to appreciate what she had. Then when she turned ten, both of her parents got very sick and they did not have enough money to pay the hospital bills. They died soon after. Since she was an only child, she was put into foster care, bouncing from home to home until she found one she actually liked. Rhonda and Chandler Michaels were happy to take her in and raise her as one of their own children. A few weeks ago, a strange white wolf named Aurelia crept into her room in the middle of the night and told her she was destined to be a Rider. At first she did not believe the lupine, but when she followed it out of the house she began to see more and more wolves exiting the woods to follow her. Aurelia told her she was the Rider of Wolves, and then a large male wolf called Bane approached her and told her he was her Ride. She was taken to a camp with the other Riders and Rides and has been there ever since.

Bane is fierce and adventurous, quite the opposite of his Rider. He loves to have a good time and can almost never sit still. He loves his pack with all his heart and would do anything for them at the drop of a hat. He hates being lied to. Bane gets along well with other creatures and humans, although he does not speak to anyone but the beasts and Juliet.
