The Asylum {Semi-Lit, Accepting}

She felt her a tingle go up her spine as his knife came into veiw. Suddnely relizing what he might do to Angel she took action. She brushed her black hair out of her eyes, and widend them so they looked bigger than ever. She put on a childish look of fright and horror as she ran up to the bars, letting out soft chirps, as a fake tear slid down her cheek. She would never have really cried, expecially infront of Todd. "T-Todd, please stop. Dont hurt Angel!" Her voice pleading for Todd to do as she said, her voice was shakey. Finally, a chance to put her plan in action. It didnt really turn out the way she had hoped, but this way would work.

Suri watched Todd, Raven, and Angel silently, a numb sense of horror creeping through her as she noticed Todd's menacing movements and dagger.

Don't use it. Don't use it.

I'm such a coward. I don't even make a move to help Angel or Raven.

Suri shuffled closer, biting her lips as she stared intently at the scene.

But I can't. I'm too chicken to speak out. Todd's gonna kill me if I do...

I have to. Maybe Raven is doing something that would help all of us.

What's the point?

Still, Suri cannot bring herself to say a word. She was struck frozen. She didn't even wipe away the blood that beaded from her dry, bitten lips.

Todd froze when she spoke. The knife stopped flashing through the air and he remained absolutely still against the bars of the little freaks cell. This would never do. Finally, after a few long minutes of silence, he spoke, barely above a hoarse whisper. "You don't want to see your friend hurt? Fine." With that said and done, Todd tucked away the knife and unlocked Angel's cell with a rattle and clanking of keys and strode in, yanking the boy by his arm hard enough to bruise him. "You are coming with me." He snarled, dragging the lightweight male after him, slamming the cell door with his foot, and dragging him out of the corridor so the others couldn't see. "Walk." He ordered, nearly lifting the sparrow up to his height to get the boy to stand on his feet. They were out of sight and earshot of the others and would remain so for some time.

(Slight powerplay. Let me know if you want me to change it. I have an interesting idea for this.)

Raven
No her fear turned real, the horror on her face was real. "Angel!" She screeched frantically. Her eyes so big with fright, she felt about ready to just die on the spot. Angel was the only person that ever cared about her, the only person who talked to herinstead of yelling or cussing at her. "Dont take him!" She cried helplessly at Todd before he disappeared, sighing deeply as she slunk to the ground, wrapping her wings around her whole body. Shaking silently as she sat there curled up against the bars of her cage.

Angel

He tried to scramble back but he felt Todd grab his arm. He yelped in pain and fear as he got thrown into the corridor. He cowered and looked desperately at Raven before stumbling down the hall. Tear's rolled down his face and he was trembling violently. He squealed in fear and curled his wings around his scrawny body.

Suri's eyes grew wider and wider, and she clutched at her bars as if her life depended on it.

"Stop! Todd!" The saluki mutation screeched finally, jumping up and down with that signature bay that the real saluki do when they were excided...or angry and scared.

Aoi stopped as Angel's heart-wrenching shrieks split the air, resonating around the sterile corridors, bouncing off the eerie hospital-like walls. Sitting up, he watched, eyes swimming with rage and horror as Todd dragged his love off. Placing both hands on the cold Iron bars, he began to rattle them fiercely, ears laid flat against his head in fury. Tears stung at the corners of his black eyes as he began to shout. "Leave him alone, you monster! I'll kill you if you lay one hand on him!" he yowled desperately.

(Mmmkay. Todd and Angel will have a momentary side-plot so ya'll can talk or discuss things or do whatever freaks do. I wouldn't know.)

Once they were out of sight and earshot, Todd released Angel roughly. "Follow me if you wish to live." Assuming that the skinny kid was going to follow him, Todd began to walk down the dark corridor. Noises could be heard but they were all muffled as if they were a few floors, or at least a few rooms, away. Most of the soldiers were still recovering or resting and the scientists did their work on another floor. They were alone but the area was still highly secure. As he neared a door Todd flashed a card, something beeped, and then there was the distinct noise of a lock clicking open. "Come on." He said, holding the door open. Although he didn't sound downright friendly he didn't sound as murderous as he had previously been, though. It lead into another corridor but this was was a little brighter lit and did not look as foreboding. It was higher quality stuff and Todd's room was nearby but that wasn't his end destination. If sparrow boy tried to escape he wouldn't get further than the next door.

Angel

He followed after Todd with his head bowed. He looked back when he heard Aoi yelling but he couldn't do anything. He stumbled a little but stopped right behind Todd. He looked in the room nervously then looked up at Todd desperately before shuffling in there. The place didn't look as bad as the other corridor, but he knew that whatever Todd was planning it wouldn't end well.

"I...I don't believe it." Suri let out a faint hiss, clawing at the floor of her cell like an agiated animal. "The president won't be letting this sort of thing happen, would he? Todd would get in trouble." She added, trying to be reasonable.
