Fakhir was about to strike again when a bright light blinded him. He yelped, covering his eyes and trying to see through the glare. Then, the light vanished. Sounds of screams filled his ears, and he saw the man who he had previously fought against wandering off into the streets. What...just happened? he thought, glancing upward.

At the top of the steps of some sort of temple, several warriors dressed in the same attire as the man held a woman down, brandishing knives above her. "Stop! Don't!" he called, sprinting towards the structure. He climbed the stairs as fast as he could, but slipped and fell backwards on something. Blood. Fakhir looked up, watching the warriors make a sacrifice.

He then started to drag him along, he needed at least twenty people or he would not be allowed back in. He smiled watching as another Slave was forced up the temple, the dead one, thrown cermonlessly down the side of the temple.

Lahca Ocelot continued to sprint, this was becoming rediculous suddenly more Warriors appeared everywhere. She ran up onto the roof and started to leap the gaps. She could see the edge of the city, smiling she ran faster. Unlike the rest of the world in the 1430's the streets were clean, there were no big outbreaks of disease. Why were the streets clean? Because of Sweepers like her.

Wolfgang struggled to keep up, especially when leaping across the gaps from building to building. Of course he was in fairly good shape, but his body was not in good health. His breaths were pants as his heart thumped heavily within his chest. He was probably going to get caught and then he was going to be sacrificed for some reason when ever he collapsed upon the ground and let the Aztecs get him. His paced started to slow, but he continued to run in an attempt to keep up with the rest of them. Come, Wolfgang, just push yourself, he thought to himself as he narrowed his eyes and pushed himself to keep up.

Cocheta saw the rest of them running, and jumping on the buildings roofs, so she followed, leaving the brave form the previous time standing there with his mouth open.

Reilly was about to ask the girl in the buckskin dress what was going on, but then she ran. He followed and managed to shout "What is going on?"

Cocheta called back "I don't know, but this is the third time I've found myself in a strange place."

Tiahn followed some of the others, jumping from roof to roof. She nearly lost her footing and stumbled a little, but kept going.

Jack glared up at the man on the building. He was holding another man in strange clothes roughly. He began to sneak up the side of the temple, near the men, ignoring the blood and the dead slaves.
