Humor lit Alex's eyes. "You're a fan of wolves, too, huh?" she asked, biting back a laugh. She tried to ignore the guy sitting less than five feet from her table, but looked up when he stood, then back at Emilie.

Emilie

"Yeah, I think they're so cool." she said, her voice level now. Her eyes glittered.
"I heard a wolf howling earlier. That must mean some live around here, right?"

Kevin

Kevin looked down at the girl with particular interest now.
He wasn't sure what to get, he honestly didn't like anything on the menu.
Grinning, he kept his eyes on the girl.

Alex stiffened as she felt his eyes on her back, but kept her attention on Emilie. "Oh, you could say that," she murmured, laughing. She sipped at her drink, not really focusing on it, but on the person behind her.

Kevin

Kevin was tired of this cat and mouse game they were playing. He noticed a third chair at the girl's table and walked over.
"Mind if I sit?" he asked, but sat down anyway.

Emilie

Emilie smiled.
"Really?"

Finally, thought Alex. She'd been getting impatient with this stranger, whoever he was, and was relieved when he finally sat down at their table. "Not at all," she replied cooly, staring at him with an eyebrow raised.

Kevin

His accent was different than hers, the only thing that made him feel out of place in this town.
"I'm Kevin." he grinned slyly, looking at one girl, then at the one he was interested in.

Emilie

Emilie looked at the boy shyly. She was now quiet again.

Alex nodded. "Alex," she said, blinking in surprise at his accent. Any accent was uncommon out here, and his was very prominent. Her lips twitched, amused. "What brings you out here?" she asked.

Kevin

Kevin smiled.
"Well, I can't exactly tell you why." he winked at her.

Alex leaned back. "Really now." Her curiosity peaked and her green eyes sparkled mischievously. "Alright then." She'd work it out eventually-- she had a knack for that. She ignored the sudden burning of her cheeks as he winked at her.

Kevin

He laughed and looked at the clock. It was almost time for him to head out- he needed to hunt. It was going to be a cold one tonight.
"Er... I have to go home to uh- Do something." he said, looking back into her eyes. He didn't want to leave.
