Adura nodded and moved slightly closer to him. Her feet not sinking into the snow. She didn't see well over distance and wished to get a better look at him. "I may sleep there but I am no member." She said with a simple shrug. As if that sentence explained her odd lifestyle.

[Mayiamaru]

Skye nodded just a bit. "I see." He said simply, then turned towards Adura. "Would you mind terribly if I asked how you came to be here?" He asked out of minimal curiosity. His eyes seemed to harden a bit as he watched her.

(A little there myself. But that's likely because it's 2:14am and I have to be up in three hours.)

"I've been out here most of my life. I was discovered and my mother and I left. She died not long after the colony was founded." Adura said softly. The first hint of emotion touched her voice. But it was so little that it might just be imagined by the listener. But for Adura it cut deeper, she had trusted no one since her mother's death. The snow around her seemed to grow more like solid ice as she felt colder inside.

[Mayiamaru]

(It's 5:15 am here XD I have to be at school in three hours)

Skye nodded subtly and shadowed his eyes with his hat. "I see. It must have been difficult, although I do envy you. You had your mother for a short time at the very least." He said lightly, shutting his eyes to the memory of the only time he ever felt he had a home. "But life is to go on no matter who perishes. Swelling on what was is no way to spend a life." He said, mostly for himself at this time.

[Dragoness]

Adura angled her head again and blinked "That is true." She said. Hearing that he said it as much to him self as her. "Time rushes ever on. But we should remember what has passed, hope for what is to come, and revel in what is now." She quoted her mother. That had always struck a cord with her. She blinked at Skye again. Face and body mostly stoic and eyes rarely blinking.

((Alright, end of the road I need to go to bed. Test tomorrow. Night all!)

Skye nodded lightly and turned his body, leaning himself against the tree just behind him and listening to the window. "Those are words that are simple to say yet difficult to live by." He said, his voice seeming to drop with the shadow that went from shadowing Skye's eyes to his face. "It seems that some never bring that into their minds or take it too literally. There is always a bit of trouble with any saying or thought that most are yet to see. A grave loss..." His voice trailed off. Something was on his mind, picking at him. He didn't like to be with company when he was like this, although leaving would be rude. His solution was always to hide in the shadows, just as he was doing now.

[Mystic Starsong]

Kekoa smiled brightly at Suki "Thanks for all the help." He said as he pulled on a coat to check it's fit. "Not perfect." He said, peering at the coat. Which was a little to small in the shoulders and to short. "If things don't fit then they won't keep any warmth in." He commented absently. Carefully digging through the piles of clothes and things. He pulled a somewhat used looking but sturdy and warm looking coat. He turned to Suki. "Do you think this will work?" He said.

Suki pinched the fabric between two finger, testing it's material. It was very good, thick enough to hold in enough heat, but not so thick that it would make activity difficult like the other puffier jackets. "That should work. Now all you need to do is pick out a couple sets of clothing. Are you planning on being away from the colony a lot? If so, you could also grab a backpack and sleepingbag." She said, sitting on the little bench and leaning against the wall. She pointed to a couple crates, adding "The normal clothes are over there. Pants and shirts all have decorated hems with the elements, showing what reborne you are to others who don't know you. Each box is color-coded. Red for fireborne, blue for waterborne, white for airborne, and green for earthborne."

Adura looked at Skye for a moment, watching him shift to the shadows, watching him hide. "Begone, lone wolf." She said to Skye "I can see the shadows in your eyes, you wish to leave so do so. Do not fear offending me." She stepped back slowly, giving him permission and space to leave easily. Simply a symbolic movement but Adura spoke more with her body language then with her words. She was showing Skye the same respect that two great predators have for eachother. Treating him as and equal creature but not submitting.

((The world through Adura's eyes is like looking through the eyes of a very intelligent alpha wolf or great cat. I'm enjoying playing her...))

Kekoa nodded. "I think I'll be sticking around." He said as he went and dug around in the box of shirts. "I generally do better around people, I'm a social animal." He said with a small, rumbling laugh.

Kaichou wonder the inner city wondering who else was like her. If there was anyone else like her. SHe really couldn't tell anymore. THey all looked the same to her. The children playing in the streets playing little different games with chalk drawn on the asfault. The teens all together in their groups hanging out very skeptical of the world around them. Questioning everything they hear. She felt their glares fall upon her. She slip a hood over her head to keep the feeling staying, but it didn;t help that much. Her pace quicken as she turned the corner into a ally way.

Skye heard her words and lifted his head. Many of the predators he had come across thought that way. Skye never knew those were thoughts though. He was slightly new to his own self than this mountain, which he had been exploring for as long as he con remember. "I wish to avoid my past and have been for quite some time." He admitted without hesitation, his stature and expression returning to normal, for him anyway. He turned his head and looked at Adura. "You seem very wise, considering your approximate age." He said, not knowing Adura's actual age, but he was able to assume by her features and her control over her powers.

Knight was still using the rooftops to get around. He grinned when he spotted a lonely looking girl in the alley/ A new target... He thought to himself with a smirk. He came lower and lower and then dropped from where he was, landing precisely two meters in front of the girl. "Hey. What's a girl like you hiding here where people like me can find you?" He said, his pocket knife in his hand as he spun it around his finger like he would with a pencil. Since Knight didn't cut himself with that knife, it was obvious that he had a lot of practice.
