Astrid trashed around, still asleep, stuck in a horrible dream. She cried out for Stormfly in her sleep, but no beast came to comfort her, no friend to rouse her from her troubled sleep.

She woke up with a start, and cried out for her dragon. When she heard nothing, she began to realize her surroundings. Astrid was in a small, dark shed, made from rotting wood. She began to panic slightly, continuing to yell. "Stormfly! Stormfly where are you?!! Toohless?! Hiccup...?" Astrid curled up, arms wrapped around her knees. She started to worry, abut her dragon, about Hiccup, about Toothless. Astrid hardened her expression and stood up. "Nothing will get done if I do nothing." She mumbled motivation to herself and took a few steps towards the door. She pushed on it, but it only shook slightly. Astrid realized it must have been locked from the outside, and she began slamming her body against the door. She could hear the chains shifting, and tried harder. The door burst open with a few more hits and Astrid fell forward into the dirt.

She got to her feet and looked around, only to see a wasteland. Dirt, strange block houses, and dying trees dotted the landscape before her. Astrid suddenly realized she didn't have her axe, and pushed down her fear, slowly walking forward.

A little 4-legged creature came running towards Stormfly, seemingly out of nowhere. She swung her head towards it, letting out a curious growl. Stormfly crouched, stretching her neck towards the creature. She breathed in the strange, earthy smell of the small mammal, and blew a burst of hot air at it out of her nostrils. She nosed the wings on the mammals shoulders, wondering whether it could fly or not.

Allowing a lopsided smile to cross his lips, he thought of the others question. Where were they supposed to start was a good idea. Finding shelter would be ideal, but at the same time he didn't want to sit around just yet. He wanted to explore and see what this place had to offer. He did not want to be cooped up in some building. "Well, maybe we should look around before we find any kind of shelter. I want to see more of this place before I take cover somewhere," he responded as he looked away from Tails. He couldn't tell what time of day it was, but it didn't seem dark enough to be night. That meant exploring now was probably best time to explore. Maybe they'd even be able to make it to another time. Even if they didn't he could always teleport them back to this town and take shelter for the night before teleporting them back to where they had gotten when night let up. It was a downside that he could only teleport to places he had already been, but in this situation it might prove quite useful. "I say we try and follow a road and see where it leads us. If we don't find anywhere save to stay when it gets darker, then I can teleport us back here and we can take shelter."

Watching Chopper for a moment, he winced slightly as the other began treating his wounds. As much as it hurt to have medicine put on the open cuts, he knew that it would help him more than harm him. Holding back a whine, he closed his eyes and waited until it was over. As the reindeer spoke again, he opened them again and gave a small nod of his head. He figured he wouldn't need any kind of painkillers. He did heal a bit faster given that he wasn't a human and he had been through far worse injuries. Allowing a smile to finally cross his face, he leaned forward and nuzzled the reindeer happily before gave a happy coo of thanks. It was the only way he truly knew how to communicate with the other since his language was rather hard to understand since it was only a series of "Yoshi yoshi."

The beast was still alive, but to Olivia it seemed that it would not be able to hang on for much longer. Itoko has charged at the beast, pinning it to the ground and preventing it from moving. One more attack...one more and this all would be over. Olivia didn’t want to go near it, not again, but she didn’t have much choice. Lucina did not have her sword, and Itoko was busy holding the beast down. Olivia ran towards the beast once more, her heart beating frantically. Her oddly shaped sword was surging with magic energy. The beast snarled as Olivia approached, but could only squirm and feebly swipe at her for Itoko was keeping it from doing much else. She plunged her sword into the beast with a yell, pushing it in as deep as she could. Electricity flowed from her blade and into the beast, shocking it’s insides. The beast screamed and flailed about, making Olivia want to run but she held her ground, twisting her blade. The beast’s screams began to die down, it’s body twitching. After what felt like forever, the beast fell silent and went limp. Breathing heavily, Olivia pulled out her now blood stained sword from the beast’s body and stumbled back.

”Is...is it over?”

GT stared at the beast's corpse, his eyes and markings flickered blue and red, he say the corpse looked similar to his creator, Nuclea. "M...mom?" he asked, not knowing that Nuclea had been dead for much longer than the corpse has been around. "I...I'm sorry mom" he said, tears rolling down his cheeks almost in a river/waterfall like fashion. Quietly and quickly he moved into the shadows, the only thing you could see of him was his glowing markings and his eyes, flashing red, like the color of the blood on his hands.
