Yukiame | God of Rain and Snow | Tags: Mary
There were two things that Yukiame immediately noticed about the girl he had bumped into, and he was never going to deny it was partially his fault the two had collided. Firstly, and this might have been solely because of his tall stature, she was very short. Like, short enough to make him feel like a giant, which he most certainly wasn't as he had never been known to tower over every individual. It was just hard to find someone close to his height that wasn't a yokai. Secondly, and this was an observation made solely because of his powers of observation, she had taken notice of his compabions. Knowing their nature, this meant that she was unlikely to be a human. Sincs he knew just about every god and goddess due to his extensive years, that left only one possibility; she was a yokai. So he chose his next words very carefully.
"We are just fine; it's you I should be asking that question to. Are you well?" After asking this, Yukiame glanced up to the sky, taking note of the clouds directly above them. So she was an ameonna? That was nice to know, and he didn't mean that in a condescending way. It was less of a "whatever" and more of a "that's interesting". To test the waters, to see how she might react, Yukiame decided to make mention of what he could see. "Looks like it might rain today after all. I'm lucky I brought my umbrella with me."
