The Keenra whipped around his tongue as if it can only see with it. It growled

[DJCD]

Kikina falls and lands on the ground. She groans, and gets up slowly and shakily. She takes a deep breath, not sure what to do. She looks at at Thereus, and says a prayer for him. She wasn't sure what else she could do. After a few moments, she tries to charge again, not noticing the spell Lucinda had just preformed.

[Somewhere Cold]

Lucinda grabbed Kikana's hair as she charged the keenra. "Stay, shifter!" she hissed.

[DJCD]

"Ow!" Kikina jerks her head back almost instantly after starting to move, "Something wrong?"

Thereus flipped back, out of the Keenra's way.
The Keenra was distracted.

[DJCD]

Kikina looks up at the monster. It looked distracted or something. Perhaps the tides were turning...

[Somewhere Cold]

The inky darkness still swirled around the keenra. Luce said to the shifter, "That spell will rip you to pieces if you get in it's way." The stuff was ripping into the invincible skin of the keenra. Its blood spattered the ground.

[DJCD]

Kikina smiles, "Well thank you then, for almost ripping out my scalp." She looks up at the Keenra in awe. Hopefully this was the end of the battle.

Thereus watched, panting.
The Keenra was screeching. Its voice scared the villagers.

[Somewhere Cold]

As the keenra flailed around, he let go of one of his knives. It flew and caught Lucinda in the shoulder and buried itself so far that the tip protruded out of her back. Blackness washed over her sight and she fell right into Thereus.
