Kikina walked down the streets. She should be at the festival, but she didn't feel like partying. As she walked she sensed a strange aura, coming from the hut she had been in before. She takes a deep breath and musters the courage to knock on the door.

"Mainly," Luce said, "So, you have slayer blood in you. I am the forger of the starswords Laciena and Erafin." she let the hames of her precious swords roll off of her tongue in beautiful pronunciation. Her swords had killed more monsters than most, even the occasional dragon. "I'm older than I look."

Thereus looked behind Luce. "You may come in, whomever you are."

Kikina opens the door, "Hey..." she says shyly, "Good day."

Thereus nodded his head to Kikina. He heard the music get louder and the evil soul come closer. It was a specialty of his, sensing souls. He looked nervous. "I think we should enjoy the festival."

"Wait!" Kikina says, "I saw you in the woods earlier... And you were talking... And, well-- Um... Can you do this?" she asks right before transforming into a gray, tabby cat.

Thereus sighed. How many shifters are there? "Yes. I am Thereus."

Lucinda nodded in approval at the girl/cat. She herself could not change, but her senses were as heightened as your average elf.

Ling sighs and transforms back to her human form, "So the stories, they're real right?"
