Fabian blinked his one good eye in surprise as Felix asked his question and his hand lightly went up to his swallon eye and he probed the puffed up skin. "Oh... Umm, this? Well... I..." He trailed off, his jaw clenced slightly, oh how he had to make up a story for this. He didn't want to ruin his new found 'friend'.

"Well I bumped into someone.... Accidentaly.... And they got mad with me and punched me" Fabian said quickly, a bit too quickly to even be considered telling the truth. Fabian had never been good at lying, ever. He just tended to smile and hope they would believe he was just nervous about the subject.

Fabian's pale peach coloured eyes were narrowed slightly and his lips turned down in a small frown, before thinking that Felix might believe him and smiled brightly again.

Elle widened her eyes even more than anybody could think possible, and hid her mouth with her hands, clamped together in a conjoined fist. Besides her animalistic nature towards enemies, she hated fighting. It made her heart tear in fear she would hurt the person she fought with. Yes, they may be her enemy, but they were children once, too, innocent and small and friendly, ready to explore the world. It was enough to make one as secretly sensitive as her to relent attacking.
She swallowed in fear. To make this worse, he didn't know exactly what the enemy was. So, if it was something poisonous, like he mentioned, she'd have to be quick. If it was fast, she would have to read its movements. And if it was one of those invincible beings, well... she'd have to hope for the best. Even with those frail personality traits, she was a skilled strategist and warrior, thinking of everyone else's sake before her own. Everyone had asked her to go into politics once she grew up, and she merely laughed at them. She didn't like to make herself the center of attention.
Elle lowered her hands from her mouth and nodded, her head still hanging down. "And if its something we can't exactly kill straightaway, then we should think of some attacks to make it vulnerable enough to kill. Ne?" She added the Japanese term at the end of her statement, for she got caught up in anime in her last city and learned a few nifty things. Mostly phrases, but some other historical things she found, too.

Cecilia shook her arms up and down hoping to move her hands free from the ties, but they were like a hunk of super glue and she wouldn't be able to get them off alone. Instead she just looked up at the tree where she had once been before and released a long yawn that seemed to last over a minute...the sleep was taking longer to wear off then the rest of whatever they injected her with."Come now...trouble grows closer...followed by death..."She mumbled in what sounded like ancient gibberish.

She ran right across the street where a couple cars slammed on their breaks as to not hit the girl, but C.C. didn't really seem to pay much mind to it as she ran up to the tree. There was the group of people she had all seen before, but she didn't say a word as she just watched them all with dazed drooping eyes, she was too tired and weak to murmur more words without meaning.

Shade's icy blue eyes missed none of the fear in Elle's eyes, nor the uncertainty. He had known this would be difficult, maybe even impossible, but he would fight until his dying breath to do what he had been destined to, with or without the others. The only problem now was how to rid the city of thing.

"If it's any condolence," Shade began, grinning an almost manic smile, "I have been subjected to most of the creatures, aside from a few very dangerous ones, and I am fairly immune. Even if it's one of the poison...mechanisms, I think I should be able to act as a pretty strong shield." He winked, and tossed his crimson-colored bangs to the side, exposing a pale, creamy forehead. It disappeared quickly though, as the hair slid back into place, evidently planning on being stubborn. His eyes glowed from behind the wall of red.

"Our best bet now, is that we have the upper hand: the element of surprise. If we can catch it of guard, then we may get in a couple of good hits before it is aware of what's happening." He said, then frowned, the corner of his lips curled downward slightly. "Unless, of course, it's a tracker."

{Thanks Serena. Hahaha, I find that a lot of the Bleach RP's are like that, and there aren't that many of them in general. }

Elle, hearing those words coming from Shades mouth, felt a little better, considering she knew nothing about these creatures and he had experience with them, somewhat. She watched his red hair and stroked her own, not wanting to uncover her face. Her trait of wanting to be around people could probably be found with her hair on the side of her head; always surrounding her face so she could see it. If it got out of her sight, she would pull it back into place again and feel a lot less... alone.
Somehow.
Elle gave a nod, feeling a bit useless for a moment, but had determined fire in her eyes. "Okay. But if it is this 'tracker,' will we have to use most of our strength to deliver a single blow?" She started to get her A+ brain working again after a few years of neglect. She kind of missed thinking of everything, and now that all of this came up, it was enough to work her cranium cap to satisfaction.
She liked working, she guessed. That feeling of accomplishment after doing something was a nice feeling she had, and rarely ever got. Even when defeating an enemy, hidden beneath the pile of guilt, was a sliver of the warmth. Like with most canine companions; they lived to please.
Well... some did.

Shade bit his lip, running a slender hand through his hair, his eyebrows pulled together in concentration as he played out potential strategies they could use to attack the enemy in his head. Within a couple of seconds, he narrowed it down quite a bit and glanced up when Elle spoke again. He nodded in confirmation.

"Yes, that's right. The trackers are fast and obviously...uh track well. However, what they have in sharp reflexes, they lack in strength. If we manage to catch it by surprise, I think we can beat it." He was about to speak again when he noticed the same girl that had been hanging in the tree upside down earlier moving towards them, eyelids half closed as though she were in a trance. His eyes narrowed and once again he began to wonder if she might be one of them....she was certainly not normal. Well, none of them were.

"Elle, Lucio, come with me for a moment. I want to see if she's one of the eleven." Shade murmured quietly, before noticing someone else following her. It was a boy, perhaps around Shade's own age. If he's one too, damn we're lucky.

Felix waited patiently for Fabian's answer. Well, he shouldn't really have asked, but.. Oh well.
He nodded slowly at Fabian's explanation. Well, it did make sense. Nowadays people were so aggressive... But why did Fabian seem so nervous about it? There wasn't really such a shame to be punched in the eye, right..?
Okay, it wasn't pleasant, but still..

".. If you say so." He just replied simply, averting his gaze to the sky, making it seem like he was deep in thought about something completely different... Which he pretty much was.

Fabian lightly exhaled in relief, had Felix really brought that? He blinked his pale peach coloured eyes lightly at the dark haired boy as he stared at the sky, a lightly frown covered his face and he put his hands on his lips, putting a smile on his face, it wasn't as forced as he had thought he would have to be, he was actually pleased he could lie.

"Well Felix, why don't we go somewhere more... Creative?" Fabian asked brightly, kicking the ground lightly with his left foot, scuffing at some stones. He always got worried being in the same area for more then a short period of time. He smiled yet again, feeling quite pleased, if he could go somewhere with Felix, would that maybe mean they were friends now?

Fabian frowned thoughtfully, a small smile lighting his face, he was sure it would.
