Jared looked at David and said,"Its nothing...stupid girl took my position. Whatever, needed to work on my defense anyway." He knew he could have taken some other offense position but whats the use. The girl would have gotten in his way anyway. He watched as the two fowards started with the ball,swiftly passing it back and forth. He watched as that Skye person dribbled it up and set up the shot for some other person. At least she passed and wasnt a ball hog. The kid missed but whatever. Now was time for action. Some person on the opposite team ran down with the ball. Jared waited for a second before charging at them. He quickly stole the ball from them and started to dribble. But then two people got on him so he quickly passed to David.

Skye watched as David receaved the pass. She got open running away from the defender and tried to signal him to pass. But the defender was covering her like glue. Why couldnt they just leave her alone? She knew they wouldn't be able to stay with her anyway.

Shelby stood in the back of the field, trying to fix her hair clip. She struggled with it until it was poistioned correctly. Then she noticed the ball coming towards her. Luckily, the person who kicked it was from her team. She retrieved the ball and kicked it into the opposite teams goal. She jumped up in the air and clapped, like a child.

David looked at Jared, "Wow for once the girls are doing something," he said laughing, "They scored."

Alison stood quietly and safely on the side of the field, watching the players in action. She was surprised that most of the girls were actually playing, and not worrying about their hair and makeup, and that they actually scored a goal.
Alison sighed, longing to fit in and play, but the risk was just too high. Although she hadn't had any incidents with any of her classmates yet, it was only the beginning of the year, and the storm was bound to come soon. Luckily, she may also end up with people who politely ignore her, which would be totally fine, however much she longed to be one of them.
