“Ready?” Oisin asked, turning around to make the difficult walk back.

[Bartimaeus]

"Yeah... I suppose." Snowfoot mumbled, finding it awkward to talk to Oisin.

Oisin began to walk on the path out of the bog, glancing over his shoulder after a few minutes to make sure Snowfoot was following.

[Bartimaeus]

(:p Snow's not that unfit. He -supposedly- has a six-pack. xD)

Snowfoot smiled, walking besides Oisin. "You alright?"

“Yeah, fine. Why wouldn’t I be?” Oisin answered, panting slightly from the effort of carrying the basket.

[Bartimaeus]

(No, I suppose not. :p)

"No reason..." Snowfoot rolled his tounge in his mouth, feeling rather bored. "Do you think Niamh likes me? I mean, has she ever mentioned me, or anywthing...?"

Oisin gave Snowfoot an odd look again. “Well, I suppose she likes you, I mean she spends a lot of time at your house.” Oisin murmured uncomfortably. “Why, do you like her?”

[Bartimaeus]

"Well... yes, sort of. I mean, I suppose we're good friends." Snowfoot smiled.

Oisin nodded, “Well, I that’s good...I guess.” He shrugged. “Are you sure you have never done this?” He muttered, “You seem to be to carry the basket easily.”

Snowfoot raised an eyebrow at Oisin. "Do I sound like I've ever done this before?"
