Niamh nodded, “It is hard to dance without music.” She glanced up at Snowfoot. “Why don’t you want them to hate you?” She murmured.

"Because I don't like being hated, funnily enough." There was a sharp sarcastic ring to Snowfoot's voice. "I don't want to be like the rest of those ENglish snobs, and I don't want to be known as one. And... I really like you."

Niamh frowned “You aren’t an English snob” she murmured. She smiled up at the man. “I...I like you too.” she said quietly.

[Bartimaeus]

"I'm glad you think so, however I highly doubt that will change the opinions of the rest of Ireland."

Niamh frowned again, “But that’s because they don’t know you.” She murmured.

[Bartimaeus]

Snowfoot pasued, and smiled down at Naimh. "Then I'll let them get to know me."

“And how will you do that?” Niamh looked up at Snowfoot, giving him an odd look, trying to figure out what the man was planning.

Snowfoot grinned, tapping her on the nose. "Never you mind, now let's get inside before one of us catches a cold."

Niamh raised an eyebrow at the man, but decided not to bother him into telling her. “Yeah, it’s pretty cold out here.” She replied, turning around and walking towards the door.

Snowfoot poked his head out of the gazeibo, feeling the rain heavier than before. Mud squeltched out of the wet grass as Snowfoot tested it. "You're not walking barefoot across that!"
