"Ill follow along." She declared following Howlite along, "How far are they
anyways?" Maybe it would take a few days? A few hours?

Howlite shrugged absent-mindedly. ''I dunno.'' She admitted, fiddling with the collar of her poncho. Her boots were filling with sand, but alas, what could she do about it? The sea gurgled softly to her right and the sky was filled with many white birds, screaming endlessly. ''I'm sorry, but all I know is that they're jerks and they're around here somewhere.'' The patterned gem turned to larimar. ''You got any ideas where to start, or do we just walk?''

The thin Homeworld pearl huffed absentmindedly, walking silently along the white sandy beaches of Star City. Her jellyfish skirt bobbed with each step, glimmering in the sunlight.
"I can't believe Sapphire left me here... I was good, wasn't I?"

Cat's Eye was so absorbed in her thoughts, she didn't hear Emerald creeping up behind her. Until she felt her friend's weight on her back. "Gah-!" She gasped out in surprise, her muscles tensed for a moment. "Oh Emerald it's just you." She relaxed for a second, before taking Emerald's legs in her hands carrying her to the door. "Nothing much. I was thinking we could go through the city to make sure everyone is doing okay. You game for that?" She asked her friend stopping right before the door.

Cat's Eye looked over to see Lari exiting her room. "Hey Lar," the brown gem greeted to her other teammate. "I was thinking the whole team could go check on Star City and how everyone is repairing. Perhaps look for any signs Homeworld is coming back." She told her, gently putting Emerald down on the ground. "Have you seen Moon yet?" She asked.

"Nope. I didn't see Peridot either." Larimar replied, shaking her head. She paused for a moment. *Would the Diamonds come back this early? Hopefully not. I would hate seeing gems being shattered. Again.* Lari looked at the floor and then back at her teammates. Fear showed in her eyes. The blue gem asked with a worried tone, "Do you think Homeworld will actually come back?"

Emerald smiled as Larimar came into view. She looked back at Cat's Eye and listened to them talk among each other. "If Homeworld does come back, they'll have to be prepared to be swept onto their butts!" The green gem said excitedly, throwing a fist in the air. The wild little bean looked back at Cat's Eye with a gleam in her eyes. "The poor humans, everything they loved just got trashed on! I just feel so bad for them." Emerald said, pouting a little bit.

Tanzanite was by the beach, meditating like usual. She was completely at peace, although the sounds of construction from Beach City started to irritate her. She tried to ignore the loud, annoying sounds, but they kept creeping up onto her. Tanzanite opened her eyes and sighed softly, getting up from the sand and walking toward the ocean.

She walked around the streets of Star City, walking to the beach to watch the waves and look for shells, she calmly fed a few seeds to Millie as she walked, "Wonder what the other gems are doing.. probably more exciting than looking for shells" she chuckled.

Cat's Eye hummed in thought. "Perhaps they're already out." She said. Her feet itched to get moving as she turned towards the door, but was stopped by Larimar's voiced concerns. She sighed, thinking on what to say. She turned to face her friends again and chuckled lightly on what Emerald had said. "Right, what Emerald said." She laid a comforting hand on Larimar's shoulder. "If we stopped them once, we can stop them again." She smiled. "All we have to do is have a little faith."

Lari looked at Cat's Eye and Emerald. She gave a small smile and nodded. "Yeah. We are the Crystal Gems after all." The blue gem was glad to have teammates like Emerald and Cat, but, nothing could erase her memories of the execrable past, even if she wanted to. Larimar shook away from her thoughts. "We should probably get going." She added as her water wings emerged from her back. The Crystal Gem knew she could just walk but she preferred to fly, even if only a foot off of the ground. It made the blue gem feel more free than when she was back on Homeworld thousands of years ago.

Cat's Eye nodded going towards the door. She pulled it open, and let the summer-beach breeze flutter her hair. Her hair than curled behind her in pleasure as the sand gently swept across the beach. She began following the traditional route from her memories until she saw three figures at the end of the staircase {Andesite, Goldstone, and Ulexite}. She froze, and her gem glowed softly as she pulled her weapon the flail out. Were they a threat? Were they Homeworld?
