-Nile-
Nile wordlessly took the letter, and carefully opened it with short claw. He examined the seal for a moment before breaking it, then pulled the letter out. He held it lightly, and the lightest breeze might have been able to blow it from his webbed fingers. He scanned the sheet three times, making sure he had every detail of what was written. Of all the ways he'd gotten letters before, only once or twice had he had one hand delivered. This told him that whoever this Eve Butler was, she had money. Poor her, a richling, to be born with such a curse. But what caught his eye was the piece of information on the Chinese Dragon. He narrowed his eyes, thinking for a moment, then he gently folded the paper and put it back into the envelope. He looked at the messenger. "How do I get to Miss Eve's house?" He asked in his quiet, respectable voice.
-Rebeca-
Beca's smile became more genuine as she listened to Zoe go on and on about different tactics and weapons. When she finished, Beca chuckled. "My obsession with knives is because they are so easy to hide on my person." She replied. "I've never got to use throwing knives before, though I guess most of mine would probably be okay. Except the curved one.." She paused, thinking for a second. "I don't really like guns, though if I had to pick a favorite, it would be a sniper or bazooka." When Zoe offered her a seat, she sat down next to her, without breaking off her speech. "Either headshot them and no one else will know where you are, or blow them to smithereens. Either way, they're both effective." She didn't even realize Zoe had handed the book back and that she had taken it back until she finished talking. She instantly opened it and flipped to the page she'd been on, put a finger between the pages, then closed it again so that her place was held.
-Chance "Moose"-
Chance slowed down once he got a good ways away. He'd never really left their little patch of property before, but what was he supposed to do? His dad didn't even have a good reason for leaving him here! Jesus. He walked down the sidewalk, toward the busier part of the city and out of the suburbs. Most of the area was pretty close together. The city was a big city for a little speck on the dot, but compared to other places like Jacksonville or Richmond, it was quite small. He'd have no problem blending into the city, though.
