Sonja! came the voice again, with a small chuckle in it this time. We are quite glad that you were not killed. The strand of time we are balancing on is only one in millions, and things could have turned out very badly for both you and Eli. Sonja felt a slender, long-fingered hand on her shoulder, and turned around. The darkness of sleep was exchanged suddenly for a field full of freshly cropped grass and summer wildflowers. For some reason she was wearing a wide-skirted green dress with a brown-laced bodice and a brown cloak. Standing before her were two tall women, one with long, curling black hair, skin the color of chocolate, and eyes that were a bright and piercing yellow. She was wearing a dress that was black, but not a normal black. It was reminiscent of an eerie moonless night. The other, the one whose hand was on Sonja's shoulder, had a slightly exotic look to her. She was just as tall as the other, but her soft brown hair was pulled back and pinned up elegantly. Her eyes were an amused shade of green, and tilted up just a bit at the corners. Her skin was a sleek golden-brown, and she was dressed in a full-sleeved white shirt and brown ankle length breeches, tied around her slender waist with a crimson sash. She went barefoot, like the other, but wore a golden anklet, several bracelets that clinked when she removed her hand, and two golden hoop earrings. There was an amused smile playing around her full lips, but behind her, the other woman had her arms crossed and was glaring at a bluebell like she wanted to light it on fire.

Eve awoke from her dreamless sleep when James began gently talking to her. "Mistress." he said. "It is time to awaken." Eventually Eve sat up and yawned, stretching her arms and torso as she did so. She then turned to James and nodded. "Thank you James." she said in an even tone. Then she went on to ask if Nile had been awoken yet. James nodded. "I just sent one of the maids in only but a minute ago." he informed her and then he turned to go. Eve watched him with tired scarlet eyes, but she didn't say anything else. She already knew that it was now eight in the morning for that was the time that she was always awoken.
Once James had left, she swung her legs over the edge of the bed and hopped down. She walked over to her closet and once inside, began to look through her morning dresses. Eventually she was able to find one that looked rather desent. It was elegant, yet simple. She pulled it down off of the hanger and then walked back into her room. She laid the dress she had in her hands down onto the bed and then removed her silk night gown and dropped it on the floor for the maids to clean later on. She then took the dress off the bed and pulled it over her head. She then buttoned it up and walked over to look at herself in the mirror. The dress looked like something a nun would wear, except it had a lower v-cut neck line and around the wrists was pleated, white lace. Silver buttons ran up the front Starting from just about where her belly button would be and ended at where the V-cut came down into it's point. She then picked up her ivory brush and began brush out her fine, silver hair until she could hear signs of life coming from the room across the hall. She wanted to walk with Nile to breakfast this morning. So she continued on with her brushing.

OOC: Yay!! Eve is back!! Oh and I totally just remembered this, but Nile was the name of an ex of mine. lol just sayin.

"Mildred do you remember that distant cousin of mine? Lady Matilda Aster? What became of her?" Shax asked, turning to his secertary who was sitting at her desk in his study, typing letters. "Yes sir, Lady Matilda Aster died, and she left one child, who is now Lady Jasmine Harbour." Mildred said, barely even glancing up from her letter typing as she spoke. "Whats the address of Aster Castle? I presume she still lives there." Shax said, picking up a leather Jacket that a maid had hung on the back of his chair for him. "1-100 Aster Drive, and yes sir, she still lives there." Mildred said, stopping her typing for a second to glance at her boss. "Order a car and a escort for me, destination is Aster Castle." Shax ordered. Milred quickly ordered the car and the escort over the income, and stood up just as Tyler, Shax's personal assitant, walked in. "We are on our way to vist the last relavtive of his lordship, Lady Jasmine Harbour, his lordship will require both our services." Mildred told Tyler, picking up her laptop and packing it in to a carry bag.
Shax exited the Manor, followed by Milred, his Secertary, and Tyler, his Personal Assitant, and 10 heavily armed guards. He climbed in to one of two black limos, and his Secertary and Personal Assitant followed him. The Limo started off, followed by a second decoy limo, two tanks, ten land rovers, and a helicopter. An hour later they drew up at the gates of Aster Castle. A guard quickly pushed open the wought Iron gates, and the convoy continued up the drive. A few minutes later the entire convoy came to a stop in front of a grand castle. Shax, Mildred and Tyler stepped out of the Limo, still surrounded by guards, and walked up to the front door. Shax pressed the bell, and waited.


~Jasmine Harbour~
Jasmine stopped suddenly from entering the secret passage as the sound of the extremly loud bell tolled all through the castle. "Thats the front door bell, but who would vist me?" Jasmine said, shocked. She grabbed Chases hand and pulled him out of the bedroom and along a passage way. When Jasmine got a glimpse of the front garden out a window she was even more shocked. "Why there are two tanks and Helicopter parked in my garden!" Jasmine gasped. Finally she reached the front door and she left Chase standing in the middle of the entrance hall, and pulled open the huge double doors.

"Who are you?" asked Sonja, her voice sounding strangely sharp in this place. You'd think she would know us right away, grumbled the woman in the black dress, talking to the other as though Sonja were not there. Peace, sister, said the dark woman, looking back at Sonja. She is half-human. Half-ignorant and completely stupid, if you ask me, muttered the one in the black dress.The green-eyed woman shot her a glare, then turned back to Sonja. She closed her eyes, and for a moment the image of a siamese cat was faintly superimposed over her own image. We have survived century upon century in your world by condensing our magic and reverting to our true forms. Some, the more numerous of our tribe, are simple creatures, merely the descendants of our people and normal cats. But some of us, like Mona and myself, have managed to survive through the years.
