Erikwatched her silently, his eyes narrowing infintismally. He sighed as he ran a hand threw his hair, he looked out the window for a moment.

"Is there something I can do for you?" she asked quietly, walking over to him. She opened her arms partially, as if getting ready to hug him, and then stopped herself, wondering if he'd move away from her. She didn't think she could handle that.

Sigh. I wish I could sigh.

Erik shook his head, he stood up and hugged her gently, "I love you Rachelle." he said softly, holding her close.

Happy tears fell from Rachelle's eyes, dropping onto his shirt as she pressed her face against his chest. "I love you too," she half-gasped, half-sobbed in a whisper. She wrapped her arms around him and held him as tightly as she could.

Ah, internal bliss. I'd say you're smothering me, but I have nothing left to be smothered.

I'm sorry I can't share with you, Medeia. No response came but an impression of a sad attempt for a comforting smile.
