Ronan glanced over at Verran when he walked in, and she wondered where Axel was. Deciding not to ask him yet, she walked out of the room and headed downstairs, partially to look for Axel, partly to explore some parts of the hotel for a while.

Axel hit his head against the wall, continuing to walk, headig for the front doors of the hotel. Verran sighed, rubbing his head, his eyes narrowed in thought. Axel wouldn't really leave...would he?

Ronan walked into an elevator, enduring the slight queasy stomach feeling, and going down into the lobby. She glanced around, admiring the furniture. Ronan had to blink a few times, though, to get used to the lights - which, since she was in the dark asylum for so long had seemed too bright for her. She sat down in one of the couches, closing her eyes for a minute. When she opened them again, she saw Axel headed for the front doors. "Axel?" she called, standing up.

Axel turned, glancing at her for a second, his eyes showing all to much fear. He shook his head, proceeding to walk out the door, taking off down the street. He couldn't stay there, he needed to get away.

Ronan walked towards Axel. "Axel, where are you going?" she asked. She knew he wasn't very stable, and him being outside without Verran...It was practically a disaster waiting to happen. "Or, is it Rex now?" Rex...Axel's more violent side. If it was Rex, then she really would need to get him back in the hotel before something happened.

Axel's eyes narrowed, ""It's Axel." He said bluntly, continuing to walk. He didn't want to talk to someone right now, he truly just wanted to disappear as he had always wished he would.

Ronan kept walking, but eventually broke into a run, trying to catch up to Axel. "Where are you going?" she asked again.(wb...)

"Anywhere but there, now leave me alone!" Axel said, his anger flaring up. He took up an even faster pace, trying to get away from her quickly.

"Axel!" Ronan shouted, her tone pleading with him. She quickened her pace, now running as quickly as she could, although that wasn't very fast. There weren't a lot of chances to excercise or do any kind of physical activity in the asylum, and years of no excercise were affecting Ronan now. She couldn't run too quickly anymore - not that she was that fast before. After just a few seconds of sprinting, she started to tire out, but kept going, determined to catch up to Axel.
