"oh hey guys. Sorry my mind just somewhere else lately." Lexy said. Rose knew she was thinking of her mom again but avoided the topic for now. "So how did you guys spend your summer?" Lexy asked the others although she didn't really care at the moment.
She watched the younger grades hugging their parents and saying their goobyes. Her dad didn't bother to show up. He still thought she should be attending a muggle school. She did try when she was younger though but it didn't go very well. There was just so much bullying and teasing she couldn't stand another minute of it. She was delighted when she was accepted into Hogwarts. She took off her violet scarf and packed it into her suitcase.

"Hurry UP!" Wings said to her family.
"Raven, If you want to go then go." Her mother said slightly annoyed.
"OK, I'm going See you mom, dad." She said hugging her parents. They said good by and she ran through the barrier. She spotted Rosie and the others right away. She galloped on to the train and forced herself to walk to their cabin. She opened the door and walked in. "Hey Guys!" she said happily.

'Hey! Whats new!' Rose was so excited to finally have all her friends around her. She some times wished that houses wern't assigned at the school so she could always be with her friends. She obviously knew that wouldnt happen but still wondered if there would be a time when they were always together. Whatever, she thought to herself, It will never happen, stupid thought, and pushed it out of her head. She listened to the others talk about their summers, It was very interesting listening to how their owl always missed their house, not. Rose was agitated now at how they hadnt left yet.
