"C'mon guys! Were gonna miss the train, lets move!"
"Rose, chill! We've still have a half an hour!" Her mother was becoming quite agitated by Rose's constant nagging.
'Mum, you dont understand! I told Lexy we would be there by now! Shes gonna kill me! You remember that were not in the same house, dont you! I only get to see her during classes!' Some how, her mother had forgotten. They were with each other all summer so it made no difference.
"I dont see why your so worried, Alexandra is fine where she is, and what about all your other friends? Didnt you miss them? You havnt seen Xaria or Angel or anyone else for that matter!" Lifting trunks out of the back of the car, Rose's mother still talked as if Rose was paying attention. Rose was already inside the station looking around for platforms 9 and 10 to see if any of her friends had waited for her outside the barrier between the muggle world and theirs. The rest of the family finally caught up but just as her older brothers started instructing her when to run thought the barrier, Rose cut them off.
'Dont you think I know how to get through? Ive been doing this for years. How stupid do you thi-' But her father had stopped her from saying anymore as he ran through the barrier first. 'Im next!' She butted through her brothers making a run at the wall.
Finally on the other side, Rose ran to the cabin She always sat in with her friends on the train. As she stared up at the huge, scarlet steam engine, she heard someone say her name.
'Rosey! Rose turn around!"

Xaria yawned. She was already on the train. Her parents were really busy so had dropped her off at the station earlier this morning. She had gotten a compartment, her luggage was already stored and she left Casper, her owl, on the floor of her cabin. She yawned again, stretching. She really wasn't a morning person.

Penny walked up from behind Rose. "Hey Cousin!" She said flashing her a brillant smile. She stood looking at the train and then closed her eyes and inhaled deeply. "Oh yes, I love that smell. The smell of no parents, and tons of mischeif!" She opened her eyes and winked at Rose.

Amber came up on Rose's other side. "How's it going Gryfinndor?" she said as she stroked Charm who layed on her shoulders. Charm mewed and started to purr.
