[center]"Since your trap's timing was incorrect, it is destroyed by the Bait Doll." Now that the card was revealed, the hammer now drove the nail into the doll...straight through the card. This now left Kaze free to continue with his plan to teach Regina just what she had come here for. "Next, I activate the spell Statue Reborn from my hand. This allows me to special summon one Statue monster from my graveyard, and there is but one to choose. Statue 39: Utopia, the symbol of the fear and doubt that holds you back, returns to the field." Once again the statue rose and came to life, revived by the power of a card used solely for this deck. Just as Kaze had promised, it had not been so easy for Regina to escape her troubles. She was trying to get rid of them through force, but this could only create more trouble when she failed. "Now, I shall attack Cyber Statue with Blade Armor Statue, but his attack will be stopped short by Utopia's effect. By sacrificing 1000 of his attack points, Utopia halts Blade Armor Statue's strike. Of course, you will soon understand why I did this." Saying this, a steely glint entered Kaze's eyes as his gaze directed itself straight towards Regina's own eyes. This technique would temporarily allow her to see through the eyes of Statue Hero Neos before the terror of his seemingly foolhardy was finally revealed. The final trick in his hand, one that was especially useful in conjunction with Utopia's ability to stop an attack.[center]

Before Regina had much of a chance to react Kaze locked his gaze with her's and a strange sensation came over her. It was a pulse, a lot like the kind that alerted her to a near by Number Card, and yet different. This was a single steady sudden pulse throughout her body as opposed to the intensifying reoccurring pulses she was used to. The next moment the Tsukumo was blinking trying to refocus after having, apparently, blanked out briefly. 'Wow what was that? I feel..off. Am I coming down with something maybe?', Regina wondered silently as she raised a hand to her head. It wasn't until the green haired female duelist looked up that she knew for a fact something was wrong......seriously wrong. Both Blade Armor Statue and Statue Utopia suddenly seemed much closer then they had been, like they were now right up in her face bearing down on her. 'Whatever. Master Kaze managed to bring back Utopia then I'll just knock him out again no problem. I just need the right-what the heck!?' Regina's eyes widened as she looked down to where the cards making up her hand shoulder have been. Her hand had disappeared. What was going on? Was she somehow seeing through her monster's view point?!

[size=85]"Do you feel it," Kaze asked, allowing himself a small smirk. It wasn't the cocky sort of smirk, though, so much as it was the kind of smirk an adult would show when they understood something beyond a child's comprehension. "How your monster feels when it stands on the battlefield? The fear that they could be destroyed at any moment, the anticipation of the next clash. This is the feeling that you must understand in order to truly move your monsters. I activate the spell card Double or Nothing. As Blade Armor Ninja's attack was stopped short, this card allows him to attack once again. This time, however, his attack will be doubled. Go, Blade Armor Statue, and attack Cyber Statue." Now was the time to strike, and this the replica of Kaze's monster did, rushing towards the mechanical dragon and drawing out its swords to strike the beast down. Of course, the replica of Cyber Dragon would not be the last attacked, though it as the only monster truly standing between Kaze and Regina. He did not have [size]

'Cyber Statue Dragon!', shouted Regina before covering her....Neos's...face with his arms to shield herself from the resulting blast. The mechanical dragon roared before shattering into yellow dust and fading away. Now she was the only one left and it didn't take a genius to figure out what was coming next. The man had even used the same technique her father used.... At this realization Regina took an unwelcome step backwards and felt her body start to shake, as her attention fell to the remaining warrior monster on Kaze's field.

[size=85]"Don't make the mistake of thinking Blade Armor Statue is finished. Once per turn, he can use his effect to attack yet again. This time, the target of Blade Armor Statue and Statue 39:Utopia is rather clear. Blade Armor will attack you and I will activate yet another spell from my hand. Behold the power of Ego Boost, which increases his attack by 1000. Blade Armor and Utopia, attack Regina directly." Together as one working force, the two rushed towards the last monster on the field with swords drawn. One certain strike, a force of overwhelming might consisting of two monsters who could work in unison. "Tremble before your fear, Regina. This is the force of the troubles you tried to rid yourself of through force. Face it. Accept it. Only then can you ever hope to conquer it."[size]

Face her troubles? Accept them? Kaze's words made such things sound so simple when it couldn't have been further from the truth. The truth was that Regina was terrified...terrified of her family and, more specifically, her father. Growing up she'd watch her father and her uncles duel which they did readily and willingly at her asking. She loved watching them go at it as a child, in fact it was these clashes that made the green haired girl want to become a duelist. It even inspired the deck she used which was an exact replica of the one used by one of her uncles. But now between her talk with her father and meeting Kio those emotions turned from awe to negative fear and anger. Why? Why didn't anyone tell her about Kio? Why did she not grow up with him? Growing up as the only child in the group of her parents and their friends was, despite all the adoration she got, was...for lack of a better word..lonely. Sure she ended up meeting Kimberly and giving the title of best friend to the tomboy but it just wasn't the same. The young student wasn't sure how but it wasn't. There wasn't a doubt in the teen's mind that the blue haired currently unconscious teen was her Aunt Rio's and Uncle Quattro's son, or at least somehow related to them if he wasn't. The green haired duelist could just sense it. On top of that there was all of Yuma's explanation of someone gathering chaos. How was she supposed to deal with that? What if she failed to stop whoever was responsible for this and disgraced her family? The way she had been dueling lately didn't help her thoughts here either. Regina didn't even want to consider Lux whom definitely had something off about her. That was the whole reason she gave the pro Shock Master, one of the Number Cards, to begin with. It was all part of her own plan to find out what was going on.

With all these thoughts going on in her head causing the girl to curl in on herself, the combined attack of Blade Armor Statue and Statue Utopia rammed into her at full force.

Regina let out a scream as Neos was destroyed. With her only remaining monster out of commission it seemed that whatever spell had come over the girl was broken as well. The green haired teen was tossed backwards slamming into the sanctuary floor and coming to a rest at the base of the statue's feet behind her.

[center]"You need to stop holding yourself back, Regina. If you can't bring yourself to accept the darkness that haunts you, then how can you ever look towards the light? You can't move your monsters because you yourself refuse to move forward." Honestly, Kaze couldn't really blame the girl for being afraid, but her father had been afraid many times as well. That fear had almost stopped Yuma once before, but he'd been set back on the right path. Now it was time that Regina brought herself to do the same thing. "I can understand why you face such darkness, and believe me when I say that I know it isn't easy. However, nothing worth doing ever is easy. I think, perhaps, that the easiest way to overcome your troubles is to talk to someone who understands them. I'm here for that if you're willing."[center]

The young Tsukumo remained on the floor shaken still but not as bad thanks to being knocked from the duel. The monsters were gone after all even though their normal motionless statue forms still encircled the room. She looked up at Kaze from her place on the floor as he spoke. Talk about her troubles to someone that understood them? To him? Was the solution really that simple? It couldn't be. Yet Regina found herself looking up at Kaze and giving him a small nod,"Yeah, okay. It can't make things worse right? I'll try it."
