"Sin City, other known as Vegas." he looked at her, and then at Alice, "its got to have some gas, with all of us avoiding big cities."

Mystearica sighed and hoped that there would be gas. "If there is not gas there, we're going to have to rely on walking as our main transportation. Walking is a bad thing. Kids and the elderly get tired easily. The living dead will kill us all, one by one..."

"yeah." Carlos replied.

Alice looked at Mystearica, "well then, lets get everyone going." she breathed, and walked toward the vehicles, she knocked on all the driver's window, telling everyone to follow carlos.

Mystearica grinned from ear to ear as she reloaded her gun-blade, the last Christmas gift she got from her Uncle Leon. Hopping onto the vehicle, she strapped her seat belt on while she looked out through the window. "Another beautiful day," she murmured to herself, sarcastically.

Alice climbed into the front passenger seat, and closed the door. her weapons were already loaded, her blades in the strap behind her neck, on her upper back, and her guns in thier strap around her waist.

Carlos jumped in and started up the engine, and they pulled out, leaving the bus behind. it was useless, we had enough seats for the kids without the bus.

Mystearica leaned forward so that her chin rested on the seat in front of her. "Hey...Alice...you're ready to kick some infected organisms butts, right? Well then, can I please be your sidekick? I have always wanted to be one ever since I was little. Please?"
She was still grinning from ear to ear, and even if Alice's answer was a no, she would still help from the sidelines, no matter what.

"help as much as you want, i guess you could think of it as being my sidekick. Untill your uncle comes back." she replied a slight smile playing on her face, her blue eyes flashed.

Her grin faded away slowly as the fire in her life died a bit, as well. Her gaze turned back towards the window as she leaned her back against her seat and she sighed. "I'm glad..." she murmured softly. "But I wonder if he'll ever come back. He's on a solo mission in a whole village full of those infected monsters. Not only that, he's got to protect a defenseless person. The odds are so low..."

"But he's good. He has near perfect aim, and he's not stupid." Alice replied. "Be an optamist"

Mystearica took Alice's advice and pushed away the negative thoughts from her mind for the moment. "Alice, how long do you think it will take for us to reach Las Vegas, at this rate? I know I should be glad that we're not in traffic like the old days when we went there, but I kinda wish that there was traffic. It makes me feel as though there are billions of people in this country, except there's only a few hundred..."
