Lexi frowned, picking up her phone as it rung. "...Hey dad... Yeah, eah... I-I know, but..." She frowened. She was obivously a little afraid of him. "O-Ok, I'll come home now..>" She frowned, glancing back to Luke once more before trunning off. her father was drunk againm, and angry for some odd reason. She hated to thuink what may happen whis time...

Sydney grinned. "In guys talk, maybe means yes." She said, smirking in victory as she brushed the hair from her face, feeling someone behind her. She turned around, noticing the boy she sat next to in math. Ugh. He was the one guys she didn;t wana run in to. Ever.
"Don't toucch me or I'll puch your face in." She saiw in a warning tone,e arning an annoyed sigh, watching as he walked off.

Luke walked backed to his house, which was about a block left. He passed the park which was near his house to see a guy sulking off. He sighed and sulked into his house. His dad was passed out, of course, but next to his new girlfriend who was also passed out. Go figure. He thought in his head while he walked upstairs into his room.

"Err... Who was that?" Dylan asked, not knowing who the kid was or what he wanted. He never knew much kids at school yet but he knew a few. That person was obviously someone he didnt like or never talked to. He always wondered what some of his other peers thought of him because he never talked to them.

Lexi was gone for a long time. She was gone until when it was dar outside and her father had left, going to some place she didn't know of. She stumbled outside, and took a deep breath. She couldn't stand being in ehr house, the bloodstained walls were too much of a memory. She still had her blade in her pocket, though it was now bloodstained. She stumbled, leaning herself agaisnt a wall i the backalleys, though people could see her if they were anywhere in the area. She didn't care. She was cobvered with cuts and bruises, and was bleeding badly.

"Oh, just some nerd who as a massive crush on me." She shruggedm, looking back to Dylan with a grin. "Yeah I don't like him." She shrugged, glancing back to ame sure he was definately gone. he was. Good... "So, I've not talked to you before. What are you in to?" She asked.

Luke was sitting in a ball on his bed, with his knees up to his chest and his hands wrapped around them. He also had a few new cuts and bruises from his dad. Living with his dad was usually depressing and he felt safer at school then at his own house because at school they don't constantly hit you over and over again with a broken beer bottle with their girlfriend over their shoulder staring drunkly.

"Uh... Uh... Stuff." He replied while laughing. He always had trouble explaining what he liked to people because he didn't really like to explain stuff. Intrests, describing other stuff, even questions on homework that had you explain what you did and why you did it.

Lexi stayed where she was, not knowing how long she had been there for. That was the thing though. You didn't think about anything, and time passed faster. She looked up suddenly, realising it was strating to get light out. She stood up and dusted herself off, wiping some blood from her now healed cuts as she aimlessly wandered the streets.

Sydney laugehd a little, then looked ta him,. "You know, a bunch of girls are talking about you. Apparently you're 'the hottest guys evar!'" She said in a mocking tone, rolling her eyes. She'd also overheard some girl saying 'you know, Sydney and Dylan should do hook up, that'd be totally cute'. But she decided to ignore that for now.

Luke got up from the ball position on his bed, with a few of his cuts still bleeding a little bit. The others were scabs now, but they would eventually turn into scars. He walked down the stairs and peered out to see his dad passed out again. It would be a good time to get away for a little bit. He walked out of the door and started to head down the street.

Dylan laughed at Sydney's mocking tone. "Most of the guys in our grade have a little crush on you too. Even with the jocks and their popular girlfriends." He mocked back. Sydney was sometimes the only thing that the male students in their grade thought about and it would usually distract them from their work.

Lexi felt that one of her cuts was still bleeding. The worst one that traveled across ehr chest. luckily not many people were out at this time, so even thoughy her cuts were visible, they wouldn't see them. Good thing too, she hated it whern people she didn't even know acted all concerned and tried to get her to go to the hospital. She didn't need sympathy from strangers.

Sydney smirked. "Well, can youi blame them?" She asked, though not needing an answer. SHe knew she looked good,a nd she wasn't about to act like she didn't just to be modest.
Though she was hot, and was popular with guys, she'd never had a boyfriend that lasted, because mainly they didn't want an actual thing, they just really wanted a one nighter. Not a chance. She wasn't liekt hat... "Can't really blame the girls for liking you either though." She shrugged, that smirk still slightly apparent on her lips.

Luke about walked into Lexi. "Uh... Sorry Lexi." He quietly said because he didn't really want to talk anyone right now in this moment of time. He noticed the cut going across her chest because it was scratched. He ran his fingers up his worst on, that was running from his left wrist to his shoulder blade.

Dylan shrugged. He never had a stable girlfriend before, most of them were just one-nighters. "I never had a stable girlfriend. Most of them were one-nighters. They would like me one day and the next day at school would break up with me." He replied while brushing the long bangs from his face away to see better.

Lexi winced a little, frowning. ALl her cuts hurt badly. SHe ddint' look so great... "It's fine..." SHe muttered, brushing her hair from her eyes, not looking up. SHe didn't see why she should... This had been one of those times when she had come rather close to dying. Dangerously close... SHe finally looked up, notiing his cuts, but he said nothing. \Hurt was apparent in her eyes.

Sydney sighed a little, and frowned. "Yeah, sam here... Its sucks, huh?" She said with a faint smile;. She often wondered if love was even possible for someone like her. SHe hoped it was, but she was having a hard time finding someone who'd stick with her for more htan one day...

Luke started to just sand there and stare at the ground, not knowing what to say. He noticed he forgot a piece of glass that was in his sick. He slowly took it out, it hurt the most than the others. After he got it out he dropped it and it made a loud click on the sidewalk. "Err..." He quietly said, not knowing how to explain it.

"Yeah it does," Dylan replied. "Well, nobody seems to have a stable relationship anymore. A lot of people are getting divorced, breaking up, and that whole deal." It was true, no one wanted to have a stable relationship anymore. Most of his friends parents were either divorced or divorced and dating.
