As Yuki drew nearer to the store she paused for a brief second to collect herself so she wouldn't bite anyone, and then she slowly stepped into the store.

Ky was too caught up in his music to hear the soft footsteps approaching him, nearly silent, gentle steps, that he might put a name to, but these, he'd never heard before, they were different. As the song grew to the end, growing softer, he finally heard them, and turned around, seeing a small, young girl standing behind him with a sweet smile on her face, but he knew what she was. He knew that damned sickly sweet scent anywhere, he knew the little girl was a demon, but he didn't know how old she was. "What the hell are you doing here?" he growled, standing up.
"Your human maid was very delicious," she said, licking the drop of blood of her lips, smiling up at him. "I would wish you luck, I'm even hunting in your house, yet you never noticed," she smiled again as she looked around, then up at him. "Expect me to return," she said.
He snarled and lunged at her, but she was too quick, and gone in a second, leaving him tumbling to the floor.

Yuki felt something was wrong, but ignored it as she grabbed everything she need, and went up to pay. The cashier was a young guy around the same age as she, and he smiled at her. "Hello." He said as she set her stuff on the counter with a yawn that reveled her fangs. "Hi." she muttered as his eyes went wide at the site of her large fangs. "Nice teeth." He commented. She froze and nodded. "Oh yeah...thanks..." She looked around and handed him some money and grabbed her stuff and hurried out, as he flashed her a smile as she went. That guy...he smelled of...demon...why didn't I notice it before! [censored]! She hissed

Ky tumbled to the ground, making a loud crashing noise. Valaria couldn't have been at his side quick enough, and he was so glad to see she was alive.
"Good god, Ky, what happened? I heard your song end, but when I heard you fall..." she trailed off as she gently helped the vampire stand up, and he sighed deeply.
"A damn demon has been here! A demon has been in my house for god knows how long!" he growled, angry at himself for not realizing it earlier. "She killed someone, at least two people," he mumbled, looking at her. "I thought she killed you,"
Valaria shook her head as she gently hugged him. "Ky, you haven't been yourself since that girl came along," she murmured as she released him.
"She has nothing to do with any of this, I'm fine," he argued, looking down at the small maid.
"You would have known in less than a second if a demon was even near this place, yet it took you two days and her to reveal herself before you even saw there was a demon,"
Ky stared at her for the longest time, before he slowly began to walk away, without even saying a word.

Yuki looked behind her to see the guy standing in front of the store smiling like crazy as he stepped back inside. "Oh [censored]...not again!" She started running, using her vampire strength to get to Ky's house in less then a second,

Ky walked away from Valaria, something he'd never, ever done, and his pace slowed once he was out of her sight, his steps stumbling, and soon found himself on the ground, his back leaned against the wall with his head in his hands, his calm, sweet little facade gone, since no one was around, he didn't even notice Yuki get back.

Yuki rushed into the house, all out of breath. "Ky! We have a problem!" She called, finding him on the floor. "What happened here?"

Ky slowly lifted his head to look at her, his eyes seemed to have dulled, the silver color not as vibrant, and he looked tired, as if his age had finally caught up to him. "What is it?" he whispered in a quiet voice.

Yuki took a deep shaky breath. "De-demon...at the store...he was working...and i forgot to...to retract my f-fangs..." She muttered, shifting awkwardly, thinking he'd be pissed

"There was a demon here too. She'd been here for at least two days, and I didn't noticed the damned bitch," Ky grumbled as he put his head in his hands again, shaking his head as he hunched over a little bit.
