Devon looked around. Everything was quiet, except for the faint sounds of the reunion in the Middle School. The campus was very familiar. He remembered the girl who was always his enemy, but they had happily parted ways when it came to high school. I wonder where she is now..... Devon shook his head. You hated her, so no bringing memories back.

Carmen adjusted her messenger bag, looking around for something which gave off any happy memories. But nothing did. She'd rather be back at her house working on the drawing that she had left unfinished than have to deal with a million self-centered idiots. Carmen had always hated school, especially when she was taken out of home schooling to come to this riot of an educational mass. It was obnoxious.

Devon looked around again. This time he saw a girl who looked really familiar. He shrugged. You haven't seen her before. Devon shrugged. The street was quiet. He sighed frowning. Why did I even come?! he groaned softly. He couldn't stop thinking about the girl and how familiar she looked.

Devon looked around again. This time he saw a girl who looked really familiar. He shrugged. You haven't seen her before. Devon shrugged. The street was quiet. He sighed frowning. Why did I even come?! he groaned softly. He couldn't stop thinking about the girl and how familiar she looked.

Carmen noticed a boy which she hadn't seen before, yet seemed eerily familiar. Her mind rushed by possible reasons why she knew the face, but not the person. Maybe I bumped into him in the lunch line at school... she thought, but that wasn't possible. Carmen knew that he wasn't in her school. Probably from somewhere else, then... Cautiously she came up to him.

"Hello. Are you here for the reunion, too?"

Devon looked at the girl. "Yeah. It's way to noisy in there anyways, that why I'm out here." Devon muttered. Knowing this might be weird, Devon asked, "Have I seen you before? You look to familiar to me." he bit his lip softly. Devon shrugged. "This place reminds me of my horrible middle school memories." Devon sighed. "A girl hated me like hell, and I hated her too, and we kept on pulling pranks on each other until middle school. I'm sure it hasn't ever happened to you, has it?"

"A girl hated me like hell, and I hated her too, and we kept on pulling pranks on each other until middle school. I'm sure it hasn't ever happened to you, has it?"

Carmen raised her eyebrows. "You look familiar, too. But I don't remember you..." she was silent as he told her what happened to him in middle school. "Oh, I'm sorry.. I know I used to harass a kid in middle school. He was a little ball of annoyance, though. It was kind of obnoxious." Carmen thought for a little while, "I don't think it was you, though. I would have remembered that."

Devon grinned. "Whats your name?" Devon glared at the girl. "I'm Devon. Devon Larker." he said including is last name, which was kinda girlish, but it wasn't his fault it was his last name.

"I'm Carmen..." she replied. It would probably be hard for people to recognize her here, though. She'd gotten her name changed from "Lily" to "Carmen" after she thought that it didn't fit her. Hopefully they wouldn't call security on her...

Devon looked puzzled. "I never knew that there was a Carmen in our school." his mind went to the girls he knew most. "there was Lily, who was my enemy, and there was-" he closed his mouth, since he didn't want to sound like he liked any of the girls.
