Timbrel woke up from his dream-ish state as he heard the cellar door open. He turned onto his other side, and stared back at Subrina. "Yes?" He questioned after a bit. "I thought your leader said you couldn't see me without another person." He said, turning back onto his other side, where it was warm.
"M'kay...and I was just curious, to answer your other question. As I said, I do not know much about you- barely anything at all, to be frank," Lia answered simply, attempting to spin her notebook on one finger. Instead it fell to the floor, opened to the second page. On it were four photographs:
The first was of a woman, a man, and a young boy and girl. The woman looked incredibly similar to Lia, aside from her eyes, which were green. The boy had the same eyes, but brown hair, as the man did, though his eyes were a shade of dark indigo. The young girl- well, her identity was obvious. Everybody in the picture was smiling- Lia's father appeared to be carrying her, and her brother was standing calmly in front with his hands in his pockets. Her mother waved, her hair blowing as though buffeted by wind.
Underneath was a caption that read, in Lia's own handwriting:
From left to right: Dad, Moi, Alberte and Mum.The second was of the same girl and boy, though they looked a bit older. This time, the third figure was a dog; a border collie. The caption read:
Alberte, Lillan and I.On the next page, the third photo had the images of Lia, though much younger than she was now, and another woman. She had chocolate brown hair, unlike Lia's mother, but the same green eyes. That woman may've been pretty, had it not been for them; fierce, if not slightly mad. Lia, however, was smiling as genuinely as she had in the first picture.
Aunt Taesane and I.Finally, there was a picture of eight girls- the witches. The caption was obvious- their names.
In the middle of the page, it read rather clearly- THIS NOTEBOOK IS PROPERTY OF LIA BRECKENRIDGE
Lia stared at it. She hadn't looked at those photo's in such a while- she didn't even make any move to get up.
(Sorry- since there's a witch spot open, I can't really put them down, since I don't have all off them. ^^')
