Maria stood in front the door and knocked quietly.

As Xari heard the knock on her door, she muttered a tired "Come in..." She was a relatively light sleeper, which she had acquired over the years they had to live in fear of being killed. Before then, people said she slept like a rock. She blinked a couple times, then rolled over lazily so she was facing the door.

Talyr thought a little longer, then nodded once again. "I suppose you could say that. Most of my nightmares, at least someone dies in it. It's either me or my parents, and at times a friend. I don't have many friends, so it's not often one of them dies."

Lia thought about that for a moment.
"I don't have many 'friends' either. But, anyway, that makes sense. I mean, what else would account for a dream that actually scared you or made you miserable, then the death of a loved one? Though, that's just plain depressing. I'd rather go into depth about the puffer-fish. Or scones. I like scones." She raised an eyebrow.
"Although, I think that the puffer-fish is a more interesting topic than scones." Miss Breckenridge pushed stands of pale blonde hair out of her eyes while she spoke.

(Yes, I'm going to refer to Lia sometimes as 'Miss Breckenridge'.)

Maria poked her head and said "Hi, I have something to tell you."

Xari yawned, then sat up. "What is it?" She asked while looking over at Maria. "Is it anything important?" She asked, now standing. He shirt had rode up a little, so her stomach was showing some, but she pulled it down, and straightened her shirt.

"Well... It's a fish that can blow itself up with air to make it look bigger, and to make its spikes come out, so it can scare away any predators... There isn't really much to talk about for puffer-fish." Talyr said, a hint of amusement in his voice.

Maria looked at the ground and said "um yeah, so I'm looking at the prisoners and then I turned and did something for a moment and when I looked back Timbrel was gone."

Subrina was asleep in her bed [when will it be morning?}

At this news, Xari suddenly looked like someone had just stabbed her. Shocked with a hint of angry, and if you looked just right, she almost looked a little scared. She barreled past Maria, then ran down the stairs. She quickly ran to the cellar, then said something under her breath. The light trap disappeared, and Xari flung the doors open. "Kuda on delsya?" (Where'd he go?) She demanded as she walked down. She could see Dominik in the corner. He sat up, surprised. "Heh?" He questioned slowly. "You heard me. Where'd he go? You know, your little partner in crime." Dominik sat there for a few more moments, then shrugged. "Even if I knew where he went, do you think I would really tell you?" He asked.

Subrina flung her eyes open at the comotion and walked down stairs "Whats wronge Xari..." she asked her vision blurry
