"Yes you do, same place as before, nothings been touched." Carlos said, waving his hand to make them leave the room. He then leaned down, his hand on the back of her head, as he kissed her deeply, closing his eyes and enjoying the moment.

Athen quickly turned and left the room, looking back to make sure James followed. He sighed, wishing he had a mate, or even a future mate for himself.

Kia kissed Carlos back deeply and wrapped her arms around his neck loosely. She enjoyed the kiss and didn't want it to end though she knew it would have to at one point. She blushed softly as she realized what Athen had told her was true. She broke the kiss and leaned her forehead against his, smiling. "You do want me." She said softly and blushed more up at him. "Just don't do the mean stuff around me, alright?"

"Of course love, I don't normally do that kind of thing though," Carlos said, hugging her close to his chest and burring his nose in her neck, and drawing in her scent. "We better stop this though, we have to wait 2 weeks still Kai."

She blushed and placed a hand on the back of his head. "Just help me guard my human family." She whispered softly. She held him close so he wouldn't go away. "Athen found me in the poor district living with them." She confessed softly. "I have staid with them since they raised me."

Ashley sighed slowly and flicked through the songs on her iPod. "Circle the Drain - Katy Perry" came up and Ashley decided the song would sustain her bored mind for he mean-time.

Ashley mumbled the words quietly as she walked. The grey street fitted her lonely mood.

"Whats the address? I'll have them guarded by some Beta's." Carlos said, "I could also pulled some strings to get them to win a few million in the lottery, if you'll convice one of your parents to buy a lottery ticket and you tell me the numbers." Carlos offered, standing up with her still in his arms. "Would you like to move in to the Manor straight away or wait?"

Kia looked into his eyes. "Been hiding my things here a little at a time and Mom always has me buy one when we have a crisis." She smiled softly before kissing Carlos. "The current address is 1209 South Crimson." She said softly and looked into his eyes. "Do not make it obvious." She said softly. "Dad might lay in bed all day but he just got out of surgery so that thirty will help for bills and I am waiting till I am eighteen to live here." She said kindly.

"Ok, i will make sure they know to keep themselve secret." Carlos said, "and the lottery win is done," Carlos said, picking up his mobile and dialing a number. After a couple of minute of conversation Carlos hung up, and turned to Kai. "Just get them to buy and ticket and tell me the numbers, and we are done."

She smiled up at Carlos and hugged him tightly. "Thank you." She said in a grateful tone of voice. She yawned softly and blushed. "They know I'll be gone for a couple of days so may I sleep here?" She said softly and looked up into his eyes. "Please."

Lucie jogged the whole way to the mansion. At the front door she paused to get her breath back and slipped inside. She pulled her bag from her shoulder and bundled it under her arm as she jogged up the first flight of stairs. She passed Athen and nodded at him with a small smile, and then seeing James, she frowned in confusion. She slowed and looked at him again, Isn't he the one...That Carlos was...Chasing back there? I didn't look like a harmless game of tag either... She shrugged and continued on to her room. Opening the door she slung her bag onto her desk chair and closed the door, until it was open a crack.
