"..Wait, what?" He was slightly confused. He didn't expect Rick to react like this. And he didn't want to be carried, at least not like that. Carl was starting to wish that they took the horse. "Umm.. Maybe I can try to walk again..?"

Rolling his eyes as he stood up again, Rick folded his arms instead. "Alright, go ahead. Try." He sighed, shrugging. Daniel would have jumped at the chance to be carried like that - but Carl was clearly a lot different. He figured that, but it didn't hurt to try. "Fall over again and I'm carryin' you anyway, there's no time."

He stood up again, looking down at the ground. Carl took a small step forward and glanced up at Rick. He tried to step forward again but stumbled towards Rick. Carl let out a defeated sigh and sat up "See..? I can walk." He knew Rick would probably carry him or drag him again. He'd rather be dragged again then be carried like a baby

michonne nodded. "i know," she said then
her eye eyelids fluttered shut as she fell
into much needed sleep.

floriana nodded then slipped under the
covers. she said one thing before closing
her eyes to drift off. "if you do go just
promise me you won't be reckless."

primrose watched as rick left. she decide
not to go after him, he probably had it
under control and she was still worried
about willow healing.

avalon kept quiet through their conversation.
she didn't say a word but her express said
everything she didn't. she was angry and it
was easy to see but the only expression on
her face when caesar forced her to her feet
was pure pain.

"No, you can't. You're done for if we get held up by any walkers, stumblin' around like that." Rick sighed, before deciding to go for the less hostile option, but clearly the more embarrassing option in Carl's opinion. "We're going." He hummed, not giving him any time to react as he scooped his son up into his arms and started walking again.

He squirmed around as he felt Rick pick him up "Dad-- no!.." Carl sighed and wiggled around uncomfortably. He wondered how everyone would react when they saw him being carried like a baby. And when they heard about him tricking Rick then pointing a gun at him.

"Relax! It's no big deal, I'm gettin' you back as soon as I can!" Rick shook his head as Carl squirmed around in his arms, keeping an extra good look out since he'd be pretty much useless with his arms full. "you can never speak to me again if it makes you happy, but all I care about is gettin' you back there. So be quiet and deal with it. Okay?" He sighed.

She'd fallen asleep at some point, setting Judith beside her safely. Once she awoke, she would sit up, rubbing her eyes exhaustively. Glimpsing down at the baby, who was still sound asleep, she'd yawn, stomach growling for food. Carol knew Judith would be hungry, too, since babies needed to eat more frequently. She didn't know if there was any baby formula available, so she would sift her attention around the abode, seeing some people had departed and that Daryl and Avalon hadn't returned. Her chest churned, a bad feeling wafting through her.

She finished the bag of chips, feeling her throat ache for a thirst quencher. Looking around camp, she'd see a few people dotted around, stirring and sleeping. Maggie's eyes flicked to Glenn's bag, in which she'd shuffle toward and open. Glancing in, she'd see a quarter filled bottle of water. Reaching down, Maggie would take the bottle, undoing the cap and tipping it toward her mouth. As she drank, she'd cast her gaze around the camp again, noticing that Rick and Carl were gone. She shook her head, guessing they'd gotten into another feud.

in her group. her jaw clenched as she mumbled,

Caesar chuckled, before pushing Avalon into the room forcefully. "Darlin', don't worry. You're not missing out - you and your redneck friend here get to come along for the ride! Ain't that just exciting?" He smirked, before shutting the door, speaking again as he did so. "Oh, and you're wrong. I'm killing them all.. eventually!"
