Daniel had wandered away from the conversation and was sat on top of an Angel statue. Arriane had been ademant to follow but Daniel managed to lose her. He looked out across the yard, the charred remains of the Library only half removed. The sky had turned a mirky pink. He sighed, his head resting in his hands.

She walked outside and watched little kids run around, calling after their siblings.

Elizabeth sighed,roaming out of bordom

Daniel sighed, seeing half the students spilling out into the yard through their boredom. It was great to have no lessons at all but being at a place like Sword&Cross with no Library was sort of a hard place to have fun. Daniel sighed, looking across at the Gymnasium. He slid off of the statue and walked towards it, deciding to go for a swim.

Cam flew and carried Gabbe in his arms. Everyone watched as he landed. Gabbe didn't say a word to anyone, but Cam's wings couldn't stop fluttering.

She looked around the yard to see if anybody was watching. She quickly stretched and decided to try to do her back hand spring. The last time she did it she broke her wrist. She jumped back and came up. Perfect! She thought to herself.

Gabbe watched in amazement. She was cold and started to shiver. She was just about to uncurl her wings when Cam crept up behind her and kept her warm. She fell asleep on him.

Daniel looked back across the yard and saw Cam and Gabbe. He watched as Cam took Gabbe in his arms. He smiled weakily then turned to walk into the Gymnasium.

She sighed and looked around. She felt at peace until she looked at the burnt remains of the library.
