Saypeth placed pins made of crystal-like rubies and onyx colored stones in her light colored locks. She tied part of her hair up in a delicate bun in the back and threaded through the bunch of hair two crystal rods with hanging jewels on the ends. Delicate wisps of her hair swayed as she turned in front of the mirror she was using. "Wonderful." she said approving of her hair's light and eloquent appearance. Saypeth smiled and tapped her feet comfortably into her shoes and glanced at the clock. "It's almost 7, I had better get going." She hurried out of her room and down the stairs to the front door. It was so tall and heavy she heaved one door open with two hands. "Whew." She moved to pick up a rather large fabric bag by the door and slung the strap over her shoulder. "Martin, I'll be back at 2!" She called and heard a faint reply.
" 'Kay! I'll be here!"
She stepped outside with the heavy bag over her shoulder. Martin had run down the hall to close the door behind her. It seemed quite a struggle for even Martin to push the door.
"Have a good day Miss."
Saypeth smiled at him. "I'll try." The door clunked shut and she turned to face out toward the street but glanced around at her green lawn with neatly cut plants, trees and flowers surrounding the cobblestone walkway.I was so peaceful; she hoped it would be a good day.
