(Yay! finally a same we needed a sam,just imagine him walking in and finding crowley and hes like wth dean why is crowley in the bunker)
The book was not helping him and he kept loosing his place as his mind concentrated on his thoughts.He frustratedly slammed the book down on the floor beside the couch and he laid back.

Sam paced towards the bunker, opening it very gently. He raised an eyebrow at the people inside, his lips quirking in a smile despite himself."You know, this seems like the start of a very bad joke," said Sam, running a hand through his hair. He glanced towards Crowley, as if truly seeing him for the first time. His smile fell flat, and he glared at the demon. "Why is he here?" Sam couldn't help but keep the patronizing tone out of his voice.

(crowley isn't in the main room hes in a room near the library)

I let go of Cas' hand, rubbing both of my hands through my hair. "I was only able to shoot my father because he was less than an inch from killing me, Cas. And I barely bad enough space to get away from him"

Dean

I walked over to Sam, clapping a hand on his shoulder and chuckling. "You've missed out on quite a bit, Sammy. Some witch tried killing Cas, Crowley found a talisman that nearly killed Echo, and everything is finally settling down for now. Cas nearly killed himself by destroying the talisman"

The sound of sam and deans voice caught him off guard and ripped him from his thoughts as he sat up and looked at the two "Hello moose nice of you to join us" His voice seemed lost at that point but he was glad for the interruption as it finally took his mind of his thoughts.
