Relieved, Karamatsu returned to a resting stance. "Oh, that's a relief." he sighed, a bit too dramatically as he observed Noodle take out the bills. Looking back up towards Ivara, he nodded. "Lead the way, Ivara-chan!" Karamatsu beamed. He seemed to disregard the grey-skinned person behind them, but finally noticed.
"Ah, so you're finally here, my ~*Karamatsu Guy,*~" he said, turning around and whipping off his nonexistent sunglasses. Oh. They were at home, broken thanks to Ichimatsu's cat.

Hakku walked over to the group, waving in an attempt to get their attention. "Hello there! I'm Hakku and this is Eridan. Do you all happen to know where we are or what we're doing here?" She asked, still holding onto Eridan's hand.

As the chimera said she knew nothing, he caught the beanie she tossed to him and put it on. He then stood, wiping the snow off of him, then watched what had happened. He hadn't said anything, not wanting the bother anyone, or interrupt someone while they talked with someone else. Suddenly Nezha reappeared and said the house in the note wasn't to far, but he had no idea how far 100 meters were so he just assumed the it was a long walk. "If it's not far from here we should go now before some of us get sick, even m- my-" He then sneezed. "Myself. And I'm fine, just a sneeze, no need to worry." He then heard Karamatsu say we should go too.

feeling: embarrassed and awkward

the troll gripped his cape and pulled it around himself with his free hand. it was getting colder by the second; even the people around him were beginning to feel it, he noticed, as one sneezed but tried to brush it off. he gritted his teeth to prevent them from chattering. when a short boy began talking to him, he nearly lashed out, but held his tongue and instead said, "whatever that is." he averted his eyes and bit his lip until it tasted like copper. he was relieved beyond belief when hakku finally introduced them both.

at least, he figured, a house was nearby. it was probably warm and cozy and romantic --

sparki glanced at the newcomers. "you guys are gonna
freeze out here!" she hurriedly removed the
egg-shaped device on her back. wires retracted into it
that appeared to be attached to her spinal cord. "hold
on... i-i gotta get stuff outta this and then put it back on..
i can only have it off for ten minutes." she removed
a grey hoodie with a school logo on it, much too large for
her, and another beanie with a pixel picture of saturn in
a pastel pink sky. she handed hakku the beanie and
eridan the hoodie.

"we're actually on our way to our... 'group home'. apparently
that's where we all live." her ears perked when jacob
sneezed. the chimera went into Mom Mode and whipped out
another hoodie, this one with a middle school logo. she
then reconnected her PAK, the wires going into the holes
in her back. "let's hurry before you.. erm, hyumans,
get sick."

He quickly lost interest in Eridan and returned to his position next to Jacob, continuing to walk. Also concerned when Jacob sneezed, Karamatsu held out his hand. "Stay close," he said, smiling. "Or you're gonna fall off the bridge like I did, when Osomatsu nii-san kicked me off into the water." What a way to ruin the 'cool guy' archetype. He kept his hand out as he moved, watching Sparkitek, and waited for the other's response.

Hakku put on the beanie and grinned. "Thank you for the beanie." She looked at Eridan, then back at the group. "Do you mind if we tagged along? It is pretty cold out here."

"Before we get moving," Nezha said, "There's one more precaution I want to take." pulling one of Ivara's utility arrows from its slot on her arm, Ivara nocked it on her bow, pulled back, and shot Sparkitek with it. It didn't penetrate or otherwise harm the alien, but instead simply adhered to her pack, enveloping the party in a shimmering energy field, rendering them invisible to anyone outside it. "I believe I would be correct in assuming that the rest of you don't have any weapons," Nezha's shimmering blue outline said, "So it would be best if you all stay inside the cloak bubble until we arrive. This doesn't look like the Earth I know, but it could still be dangerous. Now, follow me, we've got a bit of a walk."
