Evelynn gave a roll of her eyes to Mae shaking her head. She knew this was going to be brought up in the common room. But now she couldn't think of that not now. "The what? Ball? Oh yes. Quite. You know, its a great time to just hang out you know." She gave a small shake of her head, there she went fumbling with her words. "Charms?" She looked down to her schedule, giving a nod, "So we do. That's fine. I know you two are inseparable." She heard the bell now ringing for class. It was about time too, breakfast felt like it went on for hours. "Do you want to walk to class together? I mean, George can come along too." She replied, her face going a slight pink, "I'll see you in Divination Ariadne, I'm pretty sure its a mixed class. Mae, Eira you guys are more than welcome to come with us."

Evelynn looked over to Tomas he seemed busy with the Slytherin's so maybe she'd just wait to see him in class. As for the other hufflepuffs they seemed busy among themselves.

Logan gave a laugh taking the croissant, shoving it into his robe, "Cheers mate. I'll gladly take this to class." Watching Ray look at Julietta and gave a nidge on his friends arm, "Fancy the princess do you." he questioned, scruffing his hair. He heard the bell for class go off which he knew meant time to go. he He looked to Hermione and Ron giving a raise of his goblet. "I'll see you lovelies in class." He added teasingly.

Before he could say anything else, he felt Ray grab him by the sleeve of his robe pulling him to his feet. His eyes trailing towards Draco, as he could see opportunity come across Ray's face. "I do get to know what you're planning right." He questioned still getting dragged behind Ray.

Julietta gave a glare to Tomas, "A problem? Not a'tall, Jones. However, no I do not plan on partaking in such rubbish. I've got better things to do." She took another sip of her goblet, she honestly just wanted to leave. Her eyes looked to Ray who gave her a wink, as she partially choked once more on her pumpkin juice giving a severe roll of her eyes. If only she could use a jinx, or even a curse on his dull face.

What on earth was he playing at? A way to get under her skin, well he sure was capable.

She felt a firm hand grab hers pulling her to her feet, causing her to drop her goblet. Draco had pulled her out of the great hall. She looked behind her shoulder, seeing Ray and Logan stalking after them. What on earth could they want now. What ever it was, she could feel annoyance brewing up in her, and was ready for anything.

She could faintly see Ariadne, the only thing that made her feel relaxed. She had Potions with her, and the other Ravenclaw's, and it was the first class too. She manged to give a small wave before she was completely pulled out of the hall.

"Draco, whats going on? You seem, well. Tense." She replied quite curious, sure shes seen him in very foul moods. But he was certainly bothered.

unable to muster a response, draco quickly walked down the hallway. he didn't want to duel right now- he was too tired. he didn't want to waste his breath on that Gryffindor. ray, meanwhile, grinned like it was Christmas. "I tried out a new spell over the summer- m' father taught it to me. Hopefully, I can get it to work right on Malfoy!" He raised his voice, stopping quickly. "Hey, Malfoy!"

the slytherin prince froze, gripping to julietta tighter. "that. That is why I seem a little bit tense." he slowly turned around in the empty corridor, looking at the Gryffindor pair. "Fitzgerald. I see you brought your little boyfriend here to. What is it this time? Trying to dye my hair a different color? Or trying to break my wand?"

ray gave a chuckle, pulling out his wand. "I just wanted to talk to your little lady friend here- perhaps she would want to go to the ball with a real man, hm?" Draco's eyes narrowed- he was too tired for this. whipping out his wand and firing a spell at Ray, he gave an angry shout.

Ray easily sidestepped, and he pulled out his own wand. With a small flick of the wrist, he send a bolt firing towards Malfoy. It hit the Slytherin square in the chest, and the Slytherin let out a small shout of pain. His form shrunk, feathers grew, and he ended up turning into a squawking little chicken. The noise had been loud, and Malfoy wasn't quiet about it either. People would start to notice.

"I didn't think it would work-" He took a step back, eyes wide. He could get expelled for this. "Logan, we gotta go." He stumbled backwards a few steps, almost crashing into Logan in a panic.

Hearing the bell to leave, Ariadne immediately got up and gathered her things from the Ravenclaw table. "Bye Evelynn!" she said with a smile and started towards the exit. Ari had potions with Slytherin; at least Juliet was in the same class as her. She made her way down the hall before nearly tripping over a chicken and dropping all her books. Quietly grumbling, she bent down to get her things before she thought for a minute. Wait, a chicken? "What the bloody hell!?" Ariadne exclaimed as she looked at the feathered bird with confusion and fell backwards with shock.

Harry gave a shake of his head to Hermione, "No one is going to die Hermione. Dumbledore will make sure of it." he had groaned, he over heard Aaron from the Ravenclaw table. Clearly they were speaking about him, how he was strange. He shook his head, the last thing he needed was to be an outcast. Being the Famous Harry Potter always had something to push him away from almost everyone. He heard the bell for class, he had Charms with the Hufflepuffs. His eyes looked to the Great hall door where Draco had stormed out pulling Julietta with him, and to Fred who had left George at the table to go speak to some Hufflepuff girl. Evelynn, he was sure that was her name. He looked to Ron tapping his shoulder and pointing to Fred. "Anyways. I think its about time to go?" He said questioning both Ron and Hermione.

Aaron gave a nod to Evelynn's choice of words. He himself didn't have anything against Harry but strange things certainly happened when they all started to school together. He heard the bell for class giving a nod to the girls. "I'll see you girls in Divination class." He said, looking to Mae, Eira and Evelynn. "We have potions with Slytherin." He stated standing up to his feet. He left out the great hall, coming to the Ravenclaw common room. He noticed Caleb was already in the common room grabbing all of his things, which Aaron did as well. "Morning Caleb. Ready for potions? I didn't have a chance to really talk to you at the tables. What do you think about the tournament, and the yule ball?"

Eira gave a small laugh to her friend who was stumbling over her words, looking to Mae she gave a small smirk. This was definetly something the girls would bring up in the common room. Eira looked to Fred and Evelynn shaking her head to Evelynns words, "No no, I'll see you in class Eve." She said smiling as she stood up to her feet, she looked to Mae givng a wave with her hand to Mae. "Coming Mae?"

Juliett gave a flinch to the pat on her back. Her eyes narrowing in annoyance from the physical contact that had hit her. She slimmed her robe, straightening it. Ohh the nerve he had, he was definitely on her list to curse. Or send him to the hospital wing. Now she remembered why she hated the Hufflepuffs. They were all a pain, just like those bloody Gryffindors.

Logan gave a laugh, "A new spell? You're one of the best duelers. O'course it will work." Logan stated patting his friend on his back. He stopped in Ray's steps. Did Draco just call him, Rays boyfriend? Sure they were close, but not that close. "Come now Draco, You heard the fellow." Logan stated giving a heavy smirk.

Julietta on the other hand found no fun in the thought, or liked where this was going. Ray was one of the best duelers, and she couldn't lie about that. But going to the ball with Ray, like she ever could. It gave her the shudders. She gave a sneer of laughter at Ray's comment, "A man? I certainly hope you don't mean yourself! You utter complete git, it's a foul thought." she hissed,her eyes narrowed in pure hatred, cold as ice. Before she could try to pull Draco away, he had whipped out his wand, but Ray had gotten to him first. And just as quick as it started it ended just the same. Where Draco was once standing, was now a chicken.

Julietta stared, Just stared. Nothing else, yet the she could feel her pulse beating in her ears, blocking out all other sound except the breath that was raggedly moving in and out of her mouth at regular, gasping intervals. Her hands clasped over her mouth in pure shock. What on earth was she supposed to do. Without hesitating she too pulled out her wand, infuriated with what she had just witnessed. She had stormed up to Ray, grabbing him by his robes pulling him close to her. Her wand pointed right under his chin. "You listen here Fitzgerald, and you listen bloody well. I know all the curses like the back of my hand, and I will not hesitate to use the cruciatus curse on you. Do you understand me. Now get out of my sight you prat. Take your boyfriend with you." She gave a forceful push , letting go of Ray. Her pale blue eyes shooting to Logan, who looked like he was choking. His face was pale. Logan knew for a fact that Julietta was serious. Especially the fact she knew honestly all the curses and jinxes. Plus she too, was just as good at duelling. and this side of her made him cower. His body tensing as Juliet looked to him. She could have raised her wand to him and cast a spell, instead she knew that she would have her turn when the dueling club started up. Logan grabbed onto Ray, "Come on Ray." he panicked, taking off down the corridor. They were in so much trouble.

Julietta let out a heavy sigh, playing with her hair trying to relax. She heard a fall and she looked to see Ariadne on the ground, "Ari! Uhh, keep this between us, yeah? Are you alright?" she stated sheepishly, however she was so relieved to see her best friend. But Juliet knew she would be in trouble for even threatening someone to use an unforgivable curse on them. It was completely illegal. She looked to the chicken on the ground. Was she to take him to the hospital wing? Should she tell someone. Oh who was she kidding. She pointed her wand to Draco, well the chicken. Giving a flick of her wand using the counter spell. Hopefully she was capable of undoing a spell. If she wasn't well she'd look like a moron running around Hogwarts with a bloody chicken.

Tomas gave a brief cocky smile to Draco when he had told him to shut it. Tomas had never understood why Draco could insult other people without a care in the world but when people messed with him he became so defensive. He frankly enjoyed messing with Draco because Tomas thought his reactions were just hilarious. He then stood up knowing he needed to get up and get his things for class. He then looked down at Julietta and smiled, "Well your going to miss out! Your going to miss all the fun." He then slapped her on the back lightly in a friendly manner and walked quickly away before she would spill her drink or something on him. Tomas glanced over at the others and saw they were still talking. He looked at his schedule and muttered, "Charms." He then scurried up the stairs towards the Hufflepuff dorms. He quickly slipped into the dorms and gathered his belongings. He then made his way to class and he couldn't help but overhear students talking about a chicken in the school. Tomas smiled to himself thinking of one particular Slythren that could have been transfigured into one.

Minerva left the dinning hall later than usual because she couldn't help but over hear some of the plans for the Tournament. She then looked at the small watch on her wrist and sighed knowing she needed to prepare her class. She got up and exited the dinning hall. She used the shortcut to get back to her room and started to prepare for class.

a smirk still stuck on her face, mae followed eira out of the hall, slinging her book bag over her shoulder. she waved at tomas as she left the hall. biting her lip anxiously, she checked out her schedule. double charms. mae elbowed eira. "looks like evelynn will be with fred for the next three and a half hours... should we try to make her sit near him?"

peeves giggled. now, the students would begin falling prey to his pranks! he hovered quietly at the very top of the ceiling, watching the students mill down below him like ants.

Zero nodded at what Tomas said and gathered the almost finished robot and getting up from the table. He headed out of the great hall and followed the corridors to the dungeons. When he got to the potions class he saw Snowy and Shadow waiting outside the door and he went over to them and leaned against the wall messing with the robot trying to get it to function properly.[/center]

Since Minerva did not have a class till 2:00 she was on duty to make sure her new Gryffindor's were able to get to there classes on time. Though, she frankly did not like dealing with the lost newcomers. She believed they should all just roam around until they figured out where they were going. She then froze when she heard a few Ravenclaw's complaining about falling on the stairs. Her eyes then widened and hurried off down the hallway. She then heard a screech from a girl in the bathroom. The girl then ran out and screamed, "Disgusting!!" Minerva then walked into the bathroom and saw a green soap bar on the floor. She then muttered, "Peeve's" under her breath.
She sighed and walked out and went searching from him. Though, she didn't make it far once she stopped and nearly got plowed down by Ray and Logan. She then snapped at then, "STOP! come here boys." She then looked at the two of them, "Whats the rush boys?" She then looked directly at Logan knowing that boy was utterly terrified of her for some reason. He must have never forgotten when she scolded him his first year.
"Why are you running around like hooligans? I didn't believe you thought class was THAT interesting."

Tomas walked into Charms and took the seat by the window where he always liked to sit. He watched as the others filled in and he kept a look out for Mae and everyone. He waved over at Mae one she and everyone walked in though he didn't mind if she didn't want to sit with him. He could go sit with Cervus if he wanted too.

Ron sighed and looked at Harry, "Dumbledore does not know the full meaning of what it means to be"life threatening." "Ron then stood up and said, "He made us got into the Forbidden Forest before! what do you expect to be in the games, Ponies?" He then shook his head and looked at Hermonie, "If he gets killed then its his fault." Ron then looked back at the parchment, "At least we have Charms first." Ron was glad they had a class with the Hufflepuffs because he didn't feel like dealing with the Slythrens this early in the morning. Ron then followed the others back to the dorms to gather there things.

Ariadne shook her head in disbelief and stared at the chicken. "Did that really happen?" she asked while getting back onto her two feet after picking up her books. "I'm fine, Juliet..I won't tell," Ari gave her a small smile before immediately feeling a rush of anger. "How dare those two turn someone into a chicken!? A chicken!" she exclaimed and let out a frustrated sigh. "They won't get away with that, I'll 'talk' to them after class for you," the girl spoke with a slight hint of humor. Of course when she meant by talk she didn't mean they'd have a nice, calm discussion.
