"Then Penny suggests that you bother the birds less." Ty said as Penny whispered one more thing into her ear. Penny sat on Ty's shoulder, eyeing Merr worridly. Ty sighed and looked up at the sky.

"Me worry birds? Never..." He smirked at Penny and licked his lips. He started laughing.

Penny screamed [of course, only Ty could hear it], and hid herself under Ty's hand. Ty glared at Merr. "What's wrong with you?!" she hissed.

Merr went back to human. "What's wrong with you? Bird lover?"

Ty's face went red with frustration. "I can talk to them all right!? So why do you have to bother them?! Penny's scared out of her wits now!" she huffed.

Merr growled at Ty. "Don't worry. You're little bird is safe...From me anyway..."

Hitori slipped out of the trashcan, grabbing at a banana that clung to his mass of silky blonde hair. He hissed and threw the banana to the ground, then lent back over the trash can. This time when he came out he had hold of the loath of bread that he'd stolen "ha!" he giggled in a soft tone, then sprinted out of the alleyway.

Usagi rounded a corner only to smirk at Merr and Ty "aww what a cute couple" she giggled silently, still half hidden in the shadow of a building.

"WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!" Ty yelled at Merr and stood up, holding Penny in her hands gently.

Merr looked at Ty and sighed. "Some might not feel the same way as you or even me...You should know that...But as long as it's with you, it shoul be safe enough."
