The sun had completed its tour for the day, and had now been replaced by stars, which dotted the inky canopy. A low, waning moon hovered in the twilight firmament, bestowing a very dim light upon the land. It was a cool, windy night; the swaying of trees and rustling of leaves could be heard but not seen, as the encompassing darkness had blotted out all but the faintest light. Briefly, a dark, wispy cloud eclipsed the crescent moon.
She gazed back down from the night sky to the forest, making sure to slyly make her way back to the village. The Cataclyst was hoping that she would make it back when everyone was asleep. She weaved through the trees along with little more than her memory to guide her. She had roamed these woodlands since she had been first stuck here, more than anyone, it seemed. And she had only arrived early this morning. Yet she still couldn't remember every route.
She broke free of a dense patch of needle leafs and slunk near the sides of the village, where she could Dark Phazon and travel through the shadows of the night until she reached where most people would be. Finally, she let her shoulders relax as she sighed and stepped out of the sides of the village and into the abandoned building where she saw a few residents, of course, still awake and not surprised to see the Caster's reappearance. This morning, when she first found herself in this forest, she found the village. But her settlement didn't last long - she immediately said she would leave to find a way out, but no, instead she was back here. Completely stuck with these morons.

The darkness stretched out over the horizon as the dark, silky-haired young man sat perched in the thick branch of a tall, gnarled tree, his gray eyes watchfully slicing through the night. Although he couldn't see well, the fact that it was so dark only offered a better sight of movement--especially from where he was sitting. He'd arrived not too long ago in the seemingly endless forest that he'd never seen before once - and long since had realized that Flynn in fact had come with him and that they were certainly no longer on the land of Terca Lumireis - and had melded in with the people in the tiny village he'd come across well, although he wasn't exactly at home there. He'd honestly prefer being back home with people he knew better, but--well, beggars couldn't be choosers, he supposed. He exhaled softly and swung one leg out softly below himself with the ribbon attached to the sheath of his katana - the Second Star, it was called - wrapped round his hand neatly, said sword dangling alongside his leg and tapping gently against his calf as he rocked idly. He felt a little guilty, on top of that, for being grateful he'd been put here with Flynn of all people--before anything else, he was his best friend, but...well... Estelle wouldn't have handled this well, he was sure. Raven would have complained; Rita would probably have been useful, and would have done a better job figuring this all out...and of course, Karol would have been frightened alongside Estelle, with Judith likely having been the ideal choice, if not Flynn. At least they would have survived on their own well without having to worry much about the other, even if they hadn't found the village; they each knew they could handle themselves, after all. Besides that, Yuri hated being mother-henned over, anyway. Leaning back against the trunk of the tree, he kept his eyes on the seemingly soft moonlight filtering in through the leaves of the tree before he closed them quite comfortably, hoping inwardly that he wouldn't fall asleep in it again and subsequently tumble out like he had about a week prior. He hadn't exactly done well with that aching leg afterward...

It wasn't supposed to be night.
Risyn wasn't sure of much else, like where she was, or how she'd gotten there, but she knew that much. Last she'd checked, the sun was just rising over the spires of Stormwind, now it was clearly nighttime. She wasn't sure if she'd been knocked unconscious, or if something had whisked her to some other place, but she knew that things didn't just change like that. Standing up and looking around at the forest she found herself in, the Death Knight drew Icefel, the runes inscribed along its length casting a faint eldritch glow into the darkness that surrounded her. Wherever she was, she couldn't stay there. She needed to find a way back. There had to be some kind of civilization, be it a town, city, or something else, around here somewhere, and she needed to find it. Picking a direction completely at random, Risyn started running, her cloth-wrapped feet making no noise against the ground, despite the heavy armor she wore.
A few moments of running led Risyn to a path, and following that led her to a village. Most people would have relaxed, but not her- not only was she unsure whether the village was Alliance or Horde, but she'd become accustomed to approaching any settlement, hostile or not, with caution. Her glowing eyes and massive runeblade identifed her all too easily as a former member of the Lich King's elite, and it wasn't uncommon for people to attack her on sight, regardless of whose side they were on. Still, at this point it looked like she had no other choice. Sighing and adjusting her grip on Icefel's hilt, Risyn advanced into the village.

Kisa sniffed the night air and smelled...nothing. This is definitely not Tokyo, she mused. The air was too...clean. Too fresh. None of the heavy smoky smell of cities and whatnot. Above all else, she was in a forest, with grass all around. Also, she was on a tree.
"What is this?" she murmured, swinging her legs over the side of the branch and landing lightly on the mossy ground and glanced around. Trees. A small knot of white flowers at the base of another tree. Some bushes. Creepers along the mossy ground. No one was in sight, and if there were anybody nearby, Kisa would be able to smell them. Satisfied that she was safe, or at least, nothing hostile in her vicinity, she started checking herself. No wounds that she knew of, nor broken bones. Her tote bag was on her shoulder, all the contents inside, unmolested. That was good.
Kisa checked her surroundings again. Wherever she was, Kisa'd better go back home soon, or else Papa will be furious. She'd already pushed her luck asking to go back to school after her surgery. She didn't want to asking for more from him.
The wind picked up and howled between the tall trees, creating an eerie, chilling sound that sent shivers down her spine, literally and figuratively. The wind was very cold. Kisa wrapped her arms around herself and started walking. She had nothing warm to cover herself with. She walked through a clearing of pine trees and saw a small dirt path that twisted and disappeared into the other side. Is this the way out, I wonder? More than likely not, but the female ghoul was out of options.
She started to follow the path.

Princess Riley~ I woke up and looked around my boyfriend Chaddick. I saw water and jumped right into it. My tail appearing. (If anybody wants to go to the water and see Princess Riley they can)
Dark Ellie~ I heard a splash in the water close to me. "Of course its that ever Princes Riley." I waked off, I hate all evergirls.
Jace~ I look around for anybody. "I hope Clary will be okay." I said to myself. I walked in random direction, one person I didn't want to run into Valentine Morgenstern. (I'm not saying why Jace hates Valentine, it'll spoil Shadowhunters TV series and I don't want to spoil it.)
Valentine~ I looked around the strange place. "I don't want to run into Jace Wayland." I said to myself. I wen in a random direction.

It was...dark.

Flynn hated the dark.

The blond didn't know where he was (so he knew a bit -- there was a village nearby, or something), or how he'd gotten there really; he knew there was someone else he knew here -- Yuri -- but he'd lost him by accident and in the darkness could see very little. His calls seemed to be swallowed up in the darkness and he felt alone, the shadows pressing in on him from all sides and only the light of the moon casting its shine upon the forest floor, lighting vaguely where he walked, but it did nothing to purge the impenetrable blackness in front of him. It was silent enough within the trees that he shivered softly in unease -- or perhaps from the cold, though there was no breeze around him -- and he closed his eyes. Perhaps he ought to wait until light, real light, not the lousy whiteness dying the trees. The trees seemed to close in on him and he was becoming antsy; still, though, there was silence, an unnatural one, and he felt...surreal. Like none of this was actually happening.

He reached over, pinched his gloved palm, and knew it was.

Flynn continued his trek through the forest, glancing behind him to see nothing, though his mind pointed out when he looked ahead he didn't see anything either, literally. God, it was dark. There had to be a way out of this forest (he could only hope now that Yuri was okay -- that he would make it out, too), and he had to find it. He had to. If he didn't, well...those were thoughts he would rather not think.

Again, his pace quickened, and the knight felt a small breeze and heard a rattle, shoulders jumping. It was only the scratching of branches, however, colliding with each other in the tiny breeze, and he took a couple of deep breaths. You're getting paranoid. It's just a forest; I'm the commandant! A dark forest won't scare me. Just the wind, just the trees. He thought a sort of mantra to himself to keep himself focused on the task at hand. Find a way out. Is that a path --? No, no, too natural. Possibly just -- animals or -- Or something else, his mind supplied. Just animals. A deer run, or something. That's all. Come on, come on; there's a way out, I know it... He started to curse, and then stopped. If -- if by the off chance, there was something in the dreadful night, he did not want it to hear him. The blond's breathing quickened and he cast another look about him, but again, nothing, and as he did so his friend's words echoed in his head; something about...something was in here, in the forest, and... His thoughts were stopped as he noticed something in front of him, brows furrowing a little to make it out in the darkness.

And there it was; between two of the spindly trees, a path.
