Dane hugged Stephanie back. "I just don't understand," he said.

Wesley laughed as he pulled her to him. "Why thank you," she said looking up at him. "I don't dance very well either, but I still want to go."

"Neither do I." She said, "Come on, let's go do something that you love." She said, pulling him by the hand towards the stables. "I can't go in there." She said, her happiness suddenly turning into pure fear.

Sam groaned, "Fine, we'll go. But only because I love you."

Dane looked at Stephanie. He smiled at her a little. "Come on," he said opening the door to the stables for her. "One step at a time."

Wesley smiled. "Good, now where is the closest dance bar?" she asked.

"Dane. I can't." She cried, clutching his arm tightly.

Sam smiled, "Down the street."

Dane stopped. "I'm not pushing you. If you don't want to, then you don't have to. It's all up to you. The first step is to step in the barn though."

"Hm...let's go," Wesley said brushing her hair out. "Down or up?" she asked referring to her hair.

Stephanie sighed, releasing her grip. "Sorry." She muttered, walking slowly inside the barn with him.

Sam smiled, "Up. Definitely up." He said, running his hands through her hair.

Dane walked with her. "Now, step back out," he told her.

Wesley smiled taking the brush through her hair and pulling it up into a high, slick ponytail. "Like this?"

Stephanie raised an eyebrow, "Wasnt the point to get me into the barn? And now you want me out." She teased, walking back out easily. She walked back into the barn, hugging Dane again. "Yay." She smiled, hearing Lucas walk into the stables as she and Dane hugged.

Sam nodded, grabbing her hand and pulling her outside towards a shiny corvette.

Lucas walked in to start training one of the horses. He stopped seeing Stephanie and Dane. "What's going on?" he asked.

Wesley smiled looking at the corvette. "Riding in style," she said getting in the front seat.

Stephanie went stiff in Danes arms, feeling so protected by him until Lucas walked in. "Nothing." She said.

Sam grinned, getjng in.
