Foalan then said "Carita...I'm hungry... Do you have any food?" Carita shook her head in response before replying "No, but maybe you could get us some food to eat." with a faint smile. "Some food , but where?" Foalan continued, tilting her head for a moment before shifting into her wolf and sniffing around for a moment, searching for some food to eat.

Ukraine had finally found a road and decided to follow it, in hopes it would lead her to a town, or some place she could stay at for a moment. The Ukrainian woman smiled for a moment, trying to think of something happy. She wondered if her siblings were here and hoped they were not, or that they were at the very least safe and not wounded in any sort.

After a surprisingly small amount of walking, Haru's mission had been completed. Someone else stood on the path ahead. His eyes widened and his smile grew. The mask on their face made it impossible to determine their identity, but Haru didn't let that deter him. He waved an arm above his head as both a greeting and a means of getting their attention. He fastened his pace and, when he was only several steps away from the stranger, he stopped walking. "Hi!" His voice was louder than their proximity called for. "I'm lost. Can you help me?"

Noodle, only a little surprised by his loud voice, looked at the boy, replying, "Honestly, I'm not sure either... I woke up here, but I don't know where I am. I followed the trail, but I only found buildings." She looked behind her, then looked back. "What's your name?" she asked.

Mathias waited until Sweden was near before he looked at the receptionist. "Hej! My buddy here and I wanted to make a reservation for a room. I heard that they're free for some reason?" he said, smiling as the receptionist handed him two keys to a room. "Tak! Here ya go, Ber!" he said as he held a key out to Sweden.

This was not the answer he'd been hoping for. "Oh." Haru's voice was quieter. His smile faltered briefly, but returned as his new acquaintance presented a question. "My name is Haru! I'm an alien. What's your name?" His voice resumed its previous volume and excited tone. He held his hand out for the other to shake.

An alien? she thought. I guess I'm just in another strange universe. She smiled, though her mask hid it. "My name is Noodle," she responded, shaking his hand. As the sun hit her skin, she felt it was pretty hot out.. she wanted to take off her mask, but doing so might reveal her eye, and she wouldn't want to do that. She lifted it a little so at least the bottom of her face was exposed.

Haru shook Noodle's hand with excessive vigor. He took his hand away after a moment and returned it to his side. "Hey, I like your mask." He pointed to her face with the hand he didn't have her shake. "Is it a cat? I don't like cats, but that's okay, because I know you're not a cat." He paused briefly to reflect on his words. "At least, I don't think you're a cat." His smile dropped as he spoke. "Are you a cat?"

Finding a town provided little challenge. Several people, a few among them inhuman in appearance, stood in the streets and by buildings. The architecture of these buildings was drastically different than he'd usually seen. He was sure, now, that he woke up in a different place than he'd fallen asleep in. "That's weird." He muttered to himself. Something was going on. It might be wise to inquire with one of the town's inhabitants.

silently picking up the key, the swede studied the simple design of the brass object. after a moment or so, he grew bored, and pocketed the key. the two had obtained a reservation easily enough - but what it really going to be that easy? without a word to mathias, sweden disappeared up the stairs in search of his room.

Sans arrived outside of the hotel and looked around. There was still a blue-ish cloud of dust around him from when he teleported out. It seemed darker than it had been earlier... and everything was morphing. He looked around again, then realized it was because his eyesocket was glowing. He pulled his hood low over his eyes and realized he was hungry. *it's a shame they don't have monster food... i wish tori was here. she'd probably bake me a butterscotch-cinnamon pie and let me take a two-hour nap... He stopped walking for a moment and slipped into an alley, where he could be alone with his thoughts.
