sounds terrible," he said, sadness filling his eyes.
Turning to Ruby he gave her a hard stare as he
added"Lucky for you that demon didn't get to
you, they can be real nasty."

As much as Cas hatted to admit it, he did have some
trust issues with Ruby. It didn't seem right for them to
be working with a demon, the only one he had ever
brought himself to trust was Meg, and that was only
because she had helped him in his time of need.

Echo took a deep breath in sensing something was around and jumped grabbing her boot knife she always carried on her and she held it in her hand. "There's something here." She said biting her lip. She looked around not seeing anything. She took a deep breath soon feeling the being vanish. But she held onto her knife tightly.

Great, right around the holiday and some archangel or demon has to come around and stir something up... But who would it be? He let out a breath and nodded a bit. But when Sam seemed to talk to himself Dean raised an eyebrow and glanced toward the empty wall Sam was looking at. "Sam... Who are you talking to?" He questioned. He immediately got a bad feeling. The only time Sam did that was when he thought he was seeing Lucifer.. But Lucifer was still in the cage, right? There would be no reason for him to be seeing the fallen angel.

Avery turned as Dean approached them, raising her eyebrows as he chastised Sam. "Wow, you and that car, Dean. I mean, it's a gorgeous car and everything but I really forgot just how obsessed you were." He didn't remember her it seemed but she wasn't too fussed. It was hard for someone to forget meeting the Winchesters but very easy to forget some non-descript hunter you worked with maybe three times at most. She glanced over to see where Duke had gone and panicked a little as she noticed he wasn't in sight. Her expression visibly changed as she twisted around, searching. Then her eyes found the wagging tail visible from behind Sam's legs and she breathed a sigh of relief. The canine was snuffling the back of the younger Winchester's shoe, reindeer discarded nearby. She didn't say anything about archangels. They weren't exactly her area of expertise. Then she gave a soft whistle for Duke to come over to her as Sam began talking to himself. The dog obliged and sat at her feet. She looked at where Sam was talking to with a crewase between her brows.

Echo suddenly figured it out. Where she had seen Dean before. "Dean. Question. Did you by any chance save a young hunters from a Demon attack a few years ago?" She questioned walking up to him. She stared at him trying to fit the pieces together of a foggy memory. She could still sense the being around her, but she didn't acknowledge it fully like everyone else. Even though she was well aware of the situation at hand.
