Before We Fell Apart (1X1 with Chocolate'Cupcake)

The Cannibal growled, ripping the stake out of his neck he turned on Alex. He was just about to stab the young Prince, when he stumbled and fell, dead.

[herondale.]

Alex stood staring at the Cannibal. Issac had fallen backwards onto his back. He stared at Alex then at Issabelle. He crawled to her side, seeing her scortched skin. Alex pulled the stake from the Cannibals hand and walked over to Issac and Issabelle.

[Crabbiey]

Issabelle didn't move, nor seem to register that Issac was there and that Alex was walking over.

Issac saw a small shadowed path and thought it would be best to take her back to the shelter of the castle. He ignored the pain in his leg and lifted Issabelle up extra carefully. He headed down the path with Alex jogging behind.

[Crabbiey]

Even though Issac was extremely careful, some of Issabelle's skin still did crumble.

[herondale.]

Issac looked at her scortched skin and gave a sharp sigh. He managed to hide in the shadows and ran inside the castle, Alex followed as fast as he could, leaping through the shadows. He ran up the stairs ahead of Issac and opened his parents bedroom door just as Issac rushed inside with Issabelle. He laid her down carefully.

[Crabbiey]

Issabelle's skin started to crumble. The blackened skin becoming a fine powder, as new pale skin underneath formed.

[herondale.]

Issac sat on the bed beside Issabelle. Alex leant against a bed post, watching Issabelle's old skin crumble.

[Crabbiey]

Slowly Issabelle's eyes opened, as she sat up, the black powder fell off.

[herondale.]

Alex sighed in relief as she woke up. Issac smiled lightly at her. "You alright?" he said, softly.
