"There was three bad vampires, and about six good ones..." Kaori warred down at the cresent Mark on her hand that was always colder. "I was attacked by one of the bad ones." She sighed and shook her head, not wanting to explain.

Lucian nodded slightly as he listened, he glanced at the mark on her hand when she did, he studied it, easily identifying it as a vampire bite. He looked at her, "You were lucky they did not kill you." he told her, knowing that it was not uncommon for vampires to kill other species, and her blood was very tempting, but he was used to control. He was used to dragging out kills, letting his victims suffer.

"The good ones came. One sucked out the venom, the one that saved my life." Kaori sighed at the memory. "And it makes me wonder why you yourself haven't killed me. I remember what he said."

Lucian looked at her, "Then why did you not stay with the one who saved your life?" he questioned as he studied her. "I have not killed you because I have self control." he said as he looked at her. "What did he say?"

Kaori sighed. "He said something shot my blood being... tempting. That I was lucky to be alive."

Lucian nodded as he studied her, looking her over. "You did not answer my previous question, why did you not stay with him?" he asked as he watched her, wondering if she was hiding somthing.

"He left. He said it was for my own good, and when I looked back, he was gone..." Kaori stared down at her hands before looking at Lucian.

Lucian looked at her, studying her. He nodded slightly, "I suppose it was." he said as he remained where he was. "And I suppose you want me to go?" he questioned her.

Kaori let a small mumble escape from her mouth at his first comment, then sighed. "He gave me' four broken ribs and a broken leg. I think I'm just being catious..." She winced, not wanting to say what else happened to her.

Lucian nodded as he looked at her, he studied her when he saw her wince. He knew she was not telling him everything, but he did not asked her, he didn't want to pry into her personal life. "So do you mind if I stay?" he questioned as he studied her, trying to figure her out.
