Kaori sighed and sat down, crossing her arms. Why did the only person who had been the slightest bit nice to her have to be a vampire--that may or may not crave her blood? She shivered, another vampire's words filling her head.
‘Your blood smells like heaven on earth,’ the dark haired man had said as Kaori had backed away. ‘You are lucky you have some of it in your body right now.’
Kaori shook her head of the thoughts and jumped out of the tree, landing silently.

Lol, that voice was from her memories. Lucian reminded her of a vampire she had once met, and those words are the words that the other vampire spoke.)
